Exceptional stay
Pros:

Very beautiful view and surroundings. Staff is super friendly and the food is excellent. I would certainly book this again.

On nous a fait une remise car nous n’avons pas eu de wifi du séjour, c’est très professionnel.

Cons:

Une odeur de renfermée dans la chambre. Notre douche de fonctionnait pas quand nous sommes arrivés. Pas de wifi du séjour. Certains problèmes ont été réglé mais pour le standing affiché de l’hôtel on s’attend à mieux.

We had a really good time there and staff attended to our questions and concerns immediately.
Pros:

Really friendly and polite staff members, good food and drinks provided. Nice private pool and public pool.

Cons:

This is really personal and nothing really to do with the staff in a way, as it is outside their control. We come from countries in way cooler climate, so for us, we need really strong AC.
