Pros:

Ontbijt was goed. Locatie was voor mij prima: vlak bij de locatie waar ik een congres had. En mooi centraal: handig om nog even te kunnen winkelen en dicht bij het station.

Cons:

Ik had bij vertrek de oplader van mijn laptop op de kamer laten liggen. Mijn eigen schuld uiteraard. Bij thuiskomst heb ik meteen de receptie gebeld en afgesproken dat de oplader naar mij opgestuurd zou worden. Door miscommunicatie duurde het twee weken voordat ik hem weer in bezit had. Maar uiteindelijk is het goedgekomen.

Hotel Agradável mas com algum STAFF MUITO MAU!

Hotel Agradável, com boa localização e bom pequeno-almoço, e para quem viaja de carro há um estacionamento público mesmo em frente.
CONTRA: ATENÇÃO À LIMPEZA E ARRUMAÇÃO DOS QUARTOS E AO RECEPCIONISTA QUE VOS ATENDE! 😒😒

FALTA DE LIMPEZA NOS DOIS QUARTOS E NÃO FAZER AS CAMAS NO ÚLTIMO DIA (Ver Fotos). Apesar de termos colocado nas portas o pedido para o fazer quando chegamos ao fim da tarde tivemos esta SURPRESA. Ao reclamarmos junto da Recepcionista, esta com arrogância e má educação respondeu que não tinha qualquer responsabilidade sobre o sucedido, e não podia fazer nada. Ao meu pedido para falar com o "Manager" respondeu simplesmente que estava de fim de semana, e
como mostrei veementemente o meu desagrado esta ainda me ameaçou com a Policia.
Depois de muitas estadias em Hotéis é a PRIMEIRA VEZ QUE TAL NOS SUCEDEU.
CONCLUSÃO: RECEPCIONISTA SEM QUALQUER FORMAÇÃO e TIVEMOS QUE SER NÓS A FAZER AS CAMAS.
Não temos nada a reclamar dos outros Recepcionistas que nos atenderam nos outros dias, foram agradáveis e estiveram sempre disponíveis para ajudar.

Pros:

Centrally located so you can walk anywhere. Parking Indigo Opera just across the street. Nice clean rooms and friendly personnel

On booking it is mentioned that you get a discount for parking but that is not the case…
Rooms to the front are pretty noisy (busy street). I could not get the airco to work (then again did not ask reception). Beds are comfortable but ‘noisy’ . In case of a twin, you get the choice of a soft and a hard bed, which is great unless you both prefer hard…

Hôtel agréable et bien placé pour la découverte de la ville d'Anvers.
Pros:

Localisation en centre ville, chambre donnant sur rue calme. Accueil chaleureux du personnel. Petit déjeuner au top.

Cons:

Pas de parking à l'hôtel. Parking public proche mais relativement cher.
