Pros:

Location was perfect for train station. There was no spa which i wanted to book a massage( front desk offered to give me one)or bathtub in my bathroom, no shampoo or conditioner. No toilet paper holder. And only one bath towel, no face or hand towel. No phone to connect with front desk so i had to go up and down stairs to talk to concierge. They couldn't find my reservation, i had to show my Expedia confirmation 3x before they found it. However the staff are nice its a comfy bed and really im only here to sleep before seeing Machu Picchu site.

Pros:

Ich habe extra bezahlt, sodass ich ein großes Bett und eine schöne Sicht erhalte - schließlich habe ich ein Zimmer mit Blick auf eine Wand erhalten. Nachdem auschecken wollte, wurde mir gedroht, dass ich mein Geld nicht wieder erhalten werde, da der Rezeptionen dann für mein Zimmer drauf zahlen müsste. Er meinte ich solle ihn doch verstehen - jedoch zeigte er kein Verständnis für meine Situation. Schließlich musste ich dort bleiben und habe mein Geld nicht erstattet bekommen - auch nicht von Hotels.com. NIE WIEDER

Las habitaciones tenían un olor característico a cañería. El hotel está bien ubicado. Desayuno muy deficiente.

3 minutes walk to the train station, helpful staff , very clean room with strong and hot water , they just don’t have a heater in the room
