Nothing
Rooms were not clean
Not much. The staff was very nice considering the accommodations.
Where do I begin. No coffee. You have to rent a coffee maker. Room floor was disgusting. The hallway stunk of weed. My bathroom smelled like weed the entire time. Someone in another room must have been blowing smoke in their bathroom fan. The bed was almost like an air mattress. The refrigerator smelled like spoiled food. I had to buy a box of baking soda to place in the fridge to get rid of the smell. A water pipe broke downstairs. Nobody reached out to let me know the water would be turned off for 5 hours. Horrible experience!
It was a standard room not much to boast about.
We checked in at 11pm which was our planned arrival time, there is no night clerk and the doors are locked. You need to use a phone to call an associate that is not onsite, then they tried to contact someone. I waited on hold for 15 minutes then the associate on the phone came back on and said she couldn't get a hold of someone. Someone happen to pass by and open the door for me, they said they worked there but were not working at the time, they got me checked into the room. It was well after 11 at this point. Got to the room and my daughter noticed there was a grocery bag over the smoke detector, I said the past guest must have put it on there. The floor was sticky between the beds, had to clean the floor up with water and a towel and went to bed because my son needed to weigh in for his sporting event at 7am. Checked out the following day, and was charged $250 a day later, i called and they said i was smoking in the room. I told them about the bag and said we do not smoke, the associate said she would look into it and credit us back the $250. I asked if we would get a call back and she said yes, they never called back. I gave it two days and called again because we were not credited the $250 back, I told the person who answered that we were charged $250 and very rudely she replied "well you should have put a bag on the smoke detector and smoked in the room" without asking my name or what day i stayed there so it was evident she knew about the situation. I explained that we do not smoke and told her the bag was on the smoke detector already, she asked why we didn't report it, and I said "there is no one working the front desk at night to report this too and my son weighed in at 7am the following morning". She was very rude, not helpful and just said that her manger is on vacation for a week that she is unable to do anything.
Clean & had comfortable bed.
No utensils, fishes, pots/pans, coffee pot- not even a paper cup. Although you could rent all of this for an additional $100.00 or so, depending on what you wanted.
The coffee in the lobby ran out of coffee & was not refilled, even by 7a.m.
Easy to find, clean and super affordable.

Staff member seemed spread thin, was outside emptying trash bins and said she’d come in a few to check me into my room. But I waited and waited. She was only staff there she really should have dropped what she was doing and check me in and go back to trash. No ice machine at all. And tub was caved in like it had been patched and odor of mold coming from bathroom strongly.
Great value. Room was good.
There was no soap or shampoo.
