Chambres sommaires et très sales
Pros:

Extrêmement déçu par cet hôtel dont la réalité ne correspond pas aux photos. Nous étions 5 personnes dans 5 chambres différentes et aucun de nous n’a réussi à fermer l’œil de la nuit. Je me suis couché en restant habillé tellement les draps et taies d’oreillers étaient sales : moisis et couverts de poils et de longs cheveux, ils n’avaient vraisemblablement pas été changés. Dégoûtant !
Nous avons eu froid puisque les fenêtres ne fermaient pas. La serrure de certaines portes ne fonctionnait pas correctement. L’évacuation de plusieurs wc était défaillante.
Le petit déjeuner était très sommaire, et nous étions peu enthousiastes à le manger compte tenu du manque d’hygiène des chambres.
Au moment du paiement, la jeune fille s’est trompée dans le montant et j’ai dû la reprendre pour ne pas payer un tarif exorbitant. Elle ne savait pas comment faire fonctionner son terminal de carte bancaire pour un paiement en dollars, j’ai dû payer en liquide.
En résumé, à déconseiller sauf si l’hygiène vous importe peu !

Good value for money. Near the train station, the ruins of Ollantaytambo and the town square.

Pros:

Ollantaytambo station is the short way to reach Machu Picchu town. So being close to this station avoids last-minute runs with stuff for your travel. Station opens the door to passengers only minutes before departure.

If you love the natural relaxing sound of the river, this is your place.

The staff people look very hard-working. So I hope this criticism is taken with good vibes.

I found the shower toilet a bit neglected (women's hair), dust under the beds, and ants in the sink.
