酒店停车场很方便，住一楼可以很快从车里取东西。员工可以完全中文服务，很容易沟通。地点相当方便，到市中心和购物区都不远。

Felt newly renovated! Free parking, just note that it is first come first serve. They have parking spaces both front and back of the building.

Brilliant property, sparkling clean, valued for money at strategic location.
The location was in an industrial area, although it was in walking distance to the River Market and other nice areas. It is a very engaging part of town. We were able to make this booking after the previous one did not have a room for us.
There was a stain on the carpet. Getting in was a bit confusing at first. We got an upgrade to include a "sky window" which was small, but lessened the feelings of claustrophobia in the small room.

The room was clean and comfortable. The cooking facilities were also clean and tidy. There was a small restaurant in the reception area of the hotel were we were able to grab fantastic coffee most mornings. Effort has been taken to remove most external noise from the busy bus stop out the front and Riccarton road making sleeping quite easy. The location to the city centre exceeded expectations with most of New Zealand easy to navigate.
The bed was quite firm and the pillows quite lumpy, some people enjoy a firm bed though. There was an extra double bed in our room as we were upgraded however, there was only two of us an no need for the extra bed. A suggestion to the hotel for to accommodate for couples travelling instead of an extra bed a lounge suite or dinning table would go a long way.
We had a short stay here and it suited our needs well.

The room is well equipped with kitchenette.
Good location and quite easy to drive to the city. It is also near the Westfield mall. There is a Vietnamese cafe on the ground floor which is convenient to grab quick bite. There is sufficient free car park.
Would like a washing machine for laundry but not sure it is already available.
