Very comfortable bed, great location to visit University Of Canterbury. Easy check in and out.
Close to Riccarton Mall, clean rooms, good bathroom, decent shower friendly staff.

Room was very clean and modern

Really good sized room, with small kitchenette and lovely bathroom. Off street parking in this area was handy, but fills up quickly. Restaurant downstairs was amazing for breakfast.
Relatively good soundproofing, except bus stop out front caused us to wake throughout the night in our top floor, street facing room from shuddering and shaking as the buses went past.

The people above us could hear the noises from them walking to whatever banging that they were doing upstairs. It was going till late at night.

Eigentlich nichts.
Unfortunately I spent very little time in the hotel, late night to early morning. However, there was great communication with the staff regarding my late check in and it was very smooth. Staff at the main reception desk were very friendly the following morning as well. The room was very clean, very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom as well.
N/A Didn’t have enough time to find anything I didn’t like, and everything I did experience was great!
