Schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit Schwächen.

Schönes modernes Hotel in sehr guter Lage und sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und Fenster konnten nur gekippt werden (eine Öffnung ist nicht möglich). Im Bad keine Möglichkeit ein Handtuch aufzuhängen . Das Zimmer war stylisch sehr dunkel eingerichtet und durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss zu dunkel . Die Ledercouch ist nicht zum sitzen geeignet .

Cons:

La salle de bains sans porte et avec des miroirs partout. Pas adaptée pour une chambre triple.
Le matelas pas très confortable.

Icelandic charm
Pros:

Hotel Reykjavík Saga was a beautiful hotel centrally located in downtown Reykjavík. The hotel was in a very quiet area and the rooms were clean, spacious and airy with the very required blackout curtains! They even had a small Spa in the bottom floor that had a sauna. That was very appreciated after all of our walking and the cold temperatures! Overall, a very good price as well when compared to neighboring hotel properties. Front desk service was polite and friendly and communicative. We actually had a very extensive delay with our flight arriving into Reykjavík, and when I emailed them to let them know, they very promptly responded that our room would be held and our reservation would be honored. It was an incredible relief to arrive in Reykjavík after over 24 hours of travel to have our room immediately available. Kudos to Reykjavík Saga and the staff!

Pros:

Great location,excellent breakfast. Amenities close too early, paid parking blocks away and windows do not open. Room is tight, but nice.

Loved this hotel
Pros:

Loved this hotel central for town and shops cafes Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice . The staff on reception and at breakfast were so polite and helpful . Our room 229 was very spacious . Would definitely return and recommend it for future travellers
