Staff were gracious and helpful

Cons:

Steam room wasn’t working but otherwise this was a great hotel and one I’ll use again when I come back to your beautiful country.

Excellent location for restaurants, shops & harbour. Great breakfast, room very nice, quiet and comfy beds. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Light switching a little confusing and would have preferred a double duvet rather than 2 singles.

Fab stay!
Pros:

Lovely, clean modern rooms. Great to have heated towel rail to dry coats/clothes/towels. Fantastic breakfast, one of the best we have had in a hotel! We had a really great stay here. Location is great for access to all sightseeing in Reykjavik.

Cons:

Rooms very hot and air con either doesn't work or has been switched off. Luckily there are windows that can be opened as its gets like a sauna!

Great location, excellent sleep
Pros:

Lovely comfortable beds. Excellent food choices at breakfast. Paid extra for dinner one evening and it was delicious

Cons:

Spa wasn't as expected. Out of order steam room and a sauna. Was expecting a hot tub/more.
