Just ok, expected more for price. Was a gold Marriott Bonvoy but now slowly shifting to Hilton.

Breakfast was terrible as compared to other marriotts. No fruits, no oatmeal (although there was toppings for oatmeal there was no plain oatmeal or plain yogurt) labels were put together with burgers (so there was paper in the food) coffee was cold and, no oat milk, one small toaster in need of upgrade for a lot of people. No strawberry jam. Lot of issues and that was the case for all 3 nights there. Also there seeed to be one staff only working on breakfast and she seemed exhausted and overworked. No waffle machines like other marriotts have. For the price being out of season expected a better breakfast. Starbucks inside more expensive than regular Starbucks. - also usb plugs next to my bed didn’t work and seemed to have electrical issues (constant electrical noise coming from it).

First impression was great but ended up being not great.
Pros:

Easy check in and check out.

Cons:

The pool was closed by the city and there was no mention at check in or their website. The room’s air system did not work. Our room was a sweltering 80 degrees. I went to the front desk to inform them and she said to reset it and wait. I did. It did not work. I searched how to reset it to make sure I did it correctly. It didn’t work again so my husband went to the front desk where staff essentially told him we did it wrong and they would try and send someone. They never sent anyone. Wall paper was coming off the wall in our bathroom. Then the next morning my son dropped a toy in between the bed and nightstand. When I went to retrieve it, there was trash that was not ours. Then my daughter stepped on an open safety pin (thankfully it didn’t poke her). After those 2 incidents I got on my hands and knees and there was tons of little trash pieces under the edge of the bed. Overall, just not a great experience.

Great experience and stay cannot wait to visit again!
Pros:

Location was great. Staff was great. Having the Starbucks in lobby. Parking was easy and sensible. All the things a visitor from out of town would be greatful to experience.

Cons:

Well s9nce you cannot do anything about the driving experience while Boston or have the parking attendants on Newburry Street actually check the parking meter before issuing parking tickets.... I do not have anything to add.

Hated the whole experience
Pros:

The size of the rooms

Cons:

They stopped serving breakfast half an hr early parking was $20 per night and the alarms went off at 3am. Paid more money for a room that had less beds than for the one that had two queens and a sofa bed

We will be staying again when we plan on using the t to travel in Boston again.

The location to Wonderland T is amazing. Having a Starbucks right in the hotel was also great.
