Hated the whole experience
Pros:

The size of the rooms

Cons:

They stopped serving breakfast half an hr early parking was $20 per night and the alarms went off at 3am. Paid more money for a room that had less beds than for the one that had two queens and a sofa bed

We will be staying again when we plan on using the t to travel in Boston again.

The location to Wonderland T is amazing. Having a Starbucks right in the hotel was also great.

Good quality room and clean but no privacy with hollow walls
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean!

Cons:

The walls are so hollow you can hear above you, below you, and next to you. VERY CLEARLY. Harder to sleep when the beds are squeaking.

It’s was very good and in a great location the breakfast was very good and the coffee at breakfast was great too

There wasn’t a safe in your room to keep our stuff secure. And the coffee machine had a bit missing and we couldn’t us it

Cons:

Room 417 - Did not notice problems with the room until I was very settled in. Reported to Jacob at the desk and left notes for cleaning staff when I checked out July 28th that the faucet hardware was beyond loose and needed immediate attention and the shower door did not close tightly. I was surprised to see a pond of water on the bathroom floor after my first shower. After that I dammed it up with the bathmat. Yes, I could have reported immediately, but concerned I would spend vacation waiting for repairs. I took pictures.

Nice hotel, overpriced.
Pros:

Hotel was nice and clean.

Cons:

Staff was rude. Parking garage was ghetto, overpriced. I also didn’t like the amount of tables/chairs for the breakfast area. I had to sit on the floor to eat.

This hotel was excellent in all respects. As one would expect from an excellent hotel, it is pricey
Pros:

The last time I stayed at this hotel, the shower door was clear glass. This time the shower door in my room was frosted glass. If this is hotel-wide, it is a big improvement. Otherwise, the Springhill is a remarkably fine hotel with an excellent restaurant (although we were given to understand that the ownership and management of the restaurant and the hotel are independent of each other).

Cons:

The parking charge ($15 per night) was less than what we expected, but more than we had hoped for.

PESSIMO. Vacanza rovinata per $ addebitati ingiustamente

Esperienza pessima. Nonostante avessimo pagato il soggiorno anticipatamente 4 mesi fa, al ns arrivo in hotel ci hanno addebitato sulla carta di credito, senza avvisarci, oltre 900$ di soggiorno. Appena ce ne siamo accorti dall’sms alert della banca, abbiamo reclamato per 3 gg con staff e manager della struttura e con assistenza Booking. Dopo 20 gg e 15 mail con invio fatture, estratti conto bancari e altro, abbiamo ricevuto solo lo storno parziale di circa 500$ ma ancora manca il reintegro di 422$ addebitati senza motivo. SUPER SCONSIGLIATO
