Cons:

Angeführt war ein Schalfsofa, dies war aber nicht ein Schlafsofa und es war voller Flecken, das zimmer war ein Raucherzimmer!!! Fenster kaput, Badezimmertür kaputt, im Badezimmer immer Wasser, wenn mann sich getraut hatte zu duschen. :(

TV war nich an die Antenne angeschlossen, oder einen Kabel. Kein Signal...

Geen comfort
Pros:

Prima locatie.

Behulpzaam en flexibel personeel: zowel vroeg inchecken als laat uitchecken was mogelijk. Ze reageren bovendien vrij snel.

Ruime kamer: de kamer was comfortabel en bood veel zitruimte.

Cons:

Twee belangrijke punten die het comfort ernstig verminderen:

Rookgeur: Ik overdrijf niet wanneer ik zeg dat de rooklucht verstikkend was. In de kamer hing een zware rookgeur die in al mijn spullen is gaan zitten. Op een gegeven moment snak je letterlijk naar schone lucht.

Geen warm water: Toen ik wilde douchen was het water ijskoud. Het personeel reageerde snel en gaf aan dat het probleem binnen 10 minuten verholpen zou zijn, maar ook na 45 minuten was er nog steeds geen warm water. Uiteindelijk heb ik noodgedwongen met koud water gedoucht.

Als deze basisvoorzieningen niet op orde zijn, waar betaal ik dan eigenlijk voor?

Pros:

I arrived so early, 8 am they kindly arranged to have my apartment clean and ready at 11am instead than 4 pm
This has saved the day!

The apartment was cozy, I loved the shower 🚿
The apartment was warm with AC and radiator on

Bellissimo!
Pros:

Great staff and great hospitality, The rooms were designed elegantly spacious and modern. The building was clean and easy to find since it was in the city center. Garage was useful since we left the car and travel the city by foot ( highly recommended since it is very hard to find parking spot in Ankara)
Staff was helpful and kind got everything I needed.
Definitely recommended.

Otelin puanından ötürü tereddüt etmiştim, ancak mevcut puanın oteli yansitmadigini dusunuyorum. Odalar gayet temizdi, personel her istediğimizde yakından ilgilendi, kendimizi misafir değil ev sahibi gibi hissettik.Tekrar geldiğimde yine burada kalacağım. Her şey için teşekkürler 🖐️

Cons:

The rooms were not ready, we were given they key of a room which was in use by someone, then gave a key to the room with a dirty bed, dirty floor and dirty toilet, then found rooms for us in 2 different buildings , which we didn't want for family, then we were given 2 rooms in under construction block
