Pieni viimeistely olisi ollut hyvä. Esim ruokailuvälineet ja astiat joka asunnossa. Siivous olisi voinut olla automaattisesta, ilman erillistä pyyntöä.

Everything was dirty

The first was clean but in 8 days the cleaner coming only 2 times he does the bed 1 time and put the trashs only two times. This villa is amazing but really need another cleaning system... The cleaner has throw the bottles of coke and other in the garden in front of us. So you have swimming pool but if you going in the grass you will find lot of garbages.

I paid extra for breakfast service. I knew that breakfast wasn’t served at the villa but I didn’t know it was a 23 minute walk in road street with no sidewalks. First time we ordered a Uber that charged $48 for a 4 minute drive to enjoy the complementary breakfast which was not worth the extra charge. We only did it twice because it was not worth the hassle. We mainly ordered food delivery which was good because the villa’s location is right outside imeriglovi.

The apartment has orientation to the east. So the pictures you see were taken in a sunrise. After 17u there isn't more sunshine lightning in the terraces.
The shower has a bad quality curtain, and after a shower the bathroom is completely wet.
The room is very closed and it doesn't have any natural ventilation.
There are funky smells coming out of the toilets/sinks.
It doesn't have kitchen or sink to wash kitchen dishes.

The pool photos were misleading. The pool was probably a third of how it appeared on the photos. Also the vila could benefit from having at least a plate rack to dry the dishes.

Please pay more attention in cleaning room and small details… this really could make the difference

not on site of hotel, was taken there in the middle of the night, first to pay at main hotel reception, then to villa, far away from village, general look of unfinished villa, with high steps to access, extremely steep stairs to bedrooms, dangerous and painful for wife with 2 hip replacements, stairs again to access pool terasse area, pool much smaller than advertised (trick photo), main shower with blocked drain, overflowing, requested to be fixed on 1st day, never was... upstairs area with no kitchen, no microwave, no kettle (requested one, which Olga delivered), no kitchen sink, no cooking facility,... should have known when most message requests and questions were unanswered.
