Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. Ahmed, Hassi, Yosif, Gamal, and 2 girls at making our breakfast made our stay even better! They are great people.
The only thing I will make better is to have a big letterhead that shows the name of the Hotel, coming at night and not knowing where are you going does not build trust! But having the name outside will add a lot !

Pros:

The view of the pyramids from the rooftop were nice. The breakfast was also delicious. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was below par. There was no toilet paper or towels. We had to request everything.

Hot water was also hard to come by.
The staff are friendly but they need to step up with the rooms and having the small necessities.

Wifi didn’t work

You get what you pay for.

Pros:

The Hotel is nice and the staff are very gentle and they help you in all what you need, always with a smile on the face.
Everything about the Hotel was Excellent.
The Owner, Mr. Dawood, Dina at the Reception, Om Ali the house keeping, and the Boy Youssef Abdelhady, they made our stay in Hotel and in Cairo just unforgettable. Thanks all and we recommend Pyramids Homeland.
