Jak za tą cenę ok, na pobyt obsługa miła. Recepcja 24h na dole kawa bar, automat z przekąsami itd, winda, sprzątanie pokoju i klimatyzacja u nas w pokoi było czysto

Cons:

Tragiczna ulica gdzie po drugiej stronie ludzie bezdomni, narkomani, leżą na ulicach chodnikach prosząc o pieniądze. W nocy hałas chodzą spać 4/5 jest taka dziewczyna która cały czas krzyczała, okolica nie za ciekawa brudno i śmierdzi

OK hotel but area surrounding hotel NOT safe
Pros:

Staff were lovely and the actual hotel is clean and not too bad.

Cons:

The rooms are very basic. The location is AWFUL. Although it is fairly close to the centre of Monastiraki the 15 minute walk to get to the centre is through very dodgy and dirty streets. We did not feel safe or comfortable walking there.

Malgré les désagréments un bon séjour grâce au personnel et à la proximité de celui ci par rapport au centre ville

Epäkohtelias ja välinpitämätön henkilökunta heti tullessa, hotelli on todella epäsiisti, rikkinäinen ja suorastaan asumattomassa kunnossa. Huoneessa oli torakoita ja luteita, lakanat ym likaiset, hometta, melu kadulta kuuluu huoneeseen aamuyöhön saakka. Hotellin aulassa istuu epämääräistä porukkaa. Vaihdoimme majoitusta koko yön valvottuamme heti aamulla toisen majoituksen saatuamme. Hotelli ei suostunut palauttamaan varauksesta rahoja perusteluidenkaan kanssa.

Pros:

There is no the photo of bathroom, and I got why when I get to the hotel. Some of rooms are not same as in the picture. Location not bad. Staf were good no shampoo at the rooms and no one time use slippers

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, I had a very bad experience!!!
Cons:

the first room was dirty, I found cockroaches on the floor, in the room and in the bathroom; mold in the bathroom, the shower had no curtain, the handle in the bathroom was broken, it didn't work, he told me he would come to fix it, but the next day he didn't change anything either, he gave me the remote control for the TV, but there was no TV in the room, the pillows were dirty, I found hairs on the bed linen!!! I went 2 times for clothes hangers, and only the 3rd time they gave me the hangers!!! the hotel was located in a dirty area! I wanted to change the hotel, but the lady at the reception offered me another room that was a little better than the other!!! The room was a little cleaner, for the 2 days I stayed I didn't find a single cockroach, but my girlfriend and I woke up in the morning with cockroach bites, I assume they were bed bugs, the bites got worse, and I had to buy medicine to get rid of them, but anyway it was very difficult, 1-2 weeks!
