Wonderful Cairo.
Pros:

The food is excellent, especially the cofte, the omelette & the bread. The staff are friendly. Adam organized all our tours very well. We stayed 4 nights & managed to see all the sights we had planned to visit and more. Mehe, our driver/guide was very good, & made sure we were taken care of.

A Booking ajánlat és a valóság meg sem közelíti egymást.
Pros:

A személyzet segítőkész volt. Próbálták elintézni, amit a hotel ígért a Booking ajánlatban, de nem nagyon sikerült.

Cons:

- Az ajánlatban egyszeri ingyenes transzfer szerepelt. Nem így volt, fizetni kellett a transzferért oda-vissza a repülőtérre
- A foglalás all inclusive volt. Valóságban meg sem közelítette azt. Fizetni kellett az ebédnél és a vacsoránál is az üdítőért, vagy sörért. Fizetni kellett a kávéért vagy kapuccsínóért. Fieztni kellett volna az ebédért és vacsoráért is, de ezt hosszas tárgylás után végül a hotel manager megoldotta. A hotel managerrel tárgyaltam, ezután a vacsora a la carte volt, de nem tudták teljesíteni a saját étlapjukat sem. Nagyon szegényes volt az étlap és még gyengébb, amit tudtak prezentálni.
- Svédasztalos étkezést kínáltak, csak a reggeli volt svédasztalos.
- Az az érzésem, mintha be lettünk volna csapva... :-(

Not like in the announcement and not recommended at all.
Pros:

We liked ONLY the view from the terrace, the kindness of some in the staff and the beds, which were pretty comfortable.

Cons:

First of all, the lack of cleanliness in every place of the hotel: restaurant, rooms, reception and so on. We even found cockroaches in the bathroom more than once. Second of all, the lack of organization and professionalism: staff in the restaurant/bar didn't know what was included and what was not in a half board reservation; staff barely knew english, so communication wasn't easy neither clear. At the end, restaurant had just 3 dishes to offer and we stayed there for 10 days, forced to eat the same things all the time.

Dosent worth the price i paid $100 for 2 nights with breakfast and they wanted me to pay for breakfast extra each day hotel dirty next a noisy road and there is a party place in front of it they were playing music all night i couldnt sleep

O pessoal foi inexcedível .

Cons:

Além do que já referi, o “all-inclusive” não o era de todo e gerou muita confusão, o que foi desconfortável para nós.
Não gostei de ter de pagar as bebidas à parte quando tinha adquirido um “all-inclusive”.
Não gostei da comida, da limpeza.
Troca de toalhas existiu apenas parcial. Não foi resposto o papel higiénico.

I had a wonderful stay at Oasis Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I loved the relaxing vibe of the hotel. The location was perfect — close to everything yet quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely amazing experience at Oasis Hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect.
