Centrally located. Many interesting religious festivals around the Easter/Palm Sunday holidays. Also the staff went above & beyond to assist me purchasing bus tickets.
The Rooms were small but affordable.
Friendly staff with a central location. Theres a lot of street traffic (cars, motorcycles, people and vendors) but that's all part of the beautiful experience that is Popayan. Everything is a walk away, and inside is a quiet refuge.

Good location close to the centre the staff were very helpful & accomodated me even though i made a mistake with my booking.

The hotel is a bit dated but the beds are nice & comfy.
The hotel was nice and the people friendly and helpful. The electric shower head actually works in this hotel (unlike some others I've stayed in in the past).
The bed was hard, but unlike the bed in the hotel in Pereira, it was actually something I could sleep on. I did ask for a room at the back as far from any noise as possible but got a room directly across from the coffee area. It wasn't so quiet.
