Pros:

El baño estaba manchado, tanto el sanitario como el lavamanos, no había dónde poner el jabón y muchas partes de este espacio estaban sucias y oxidadas. Los colchones de las camas tenían muy mal olor, las camas no tenían completo el tendido de tablas y varias de ellas estaban con cartones para sostener el colchón, las toallas y las sábanas no estaban adecuadamente higienizadas ya que algunas sábanas tenían cabellos de otras personas y las toallas tenían manchas de maquillaje. La presentación de la habitación muy fea, olor a humedad, camas mal tendidas, toallas y sábanas arrugadas, el piso manchado. El aire acondicionado presentó fallas muy graves, no había como graduar la temperatura, se apagaba constantemente y hacia un ruido espantoso. Las instalaciones no corresponden a lo que muestran as imágenes que promocionan el hotel, nos sentimos totalmente estafados, pasamos una noche terrible.
