Δεν μου άρεσε κάτι στο κατάλυμα …

Cons:

Μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο και ήταν βρώμικο αναγκαστήκαμε να πάμε σούπερ να πάρουμε καθαρίστηκα φέραμε την καθαρίστρια να μας αλλάξει σεντόνια γιατί ήταν βρώμικα για να τακτοποιηθούμε πρώτα έπρεπε να καθαρίσουμε το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο με δικά μας καθαριστικά γιατί ήταν άθλια …. Η πισίνα βρώμικη το πρωινό πολύ φτωχό και γενικά δεν μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι για τα 366 ευρώ που δωμασε στο δωμάτιο και 50 ευρώ στο σούπερ για καθαρίστηκα εννοείται δεν θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε και δεν το συνιστάμε …

Η τοποθεσία και η καθαριότητα

Cons:

Η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού στη ρεσεψιόν. Είχαμε κλείσει μέσω booking κατηγορία δωματίου deluxe κσι μας έβαλαν σε ένα δωματίο που δεν έιχε καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες του δωματίου που υποτίθεται ειχαμε κανει κρατηση. Οταν παραπονεθηκα για την εικόνα του δωματίου σε σχέση με αυτό που περίμενα, το οποίο ηταν απίστευτα μικρό, όχι ανακαινισμένο μου είπαν πως θα με αναβαθμισουν και θα με μεταφέρουν σε deluxe , τονιζοντας μου πως ειναι πιο ακριβο και πως εγω ειχα κλεισει το 1ο αλλα επειδη παραπονεθηκα μου εκαναν up- grade. Δηλαδη αν δεν παραπονιομουν θα εμενα σε ενα παλιο δωματιο, με φθαρμενα επιπλα που δεν μπορουσα ουτε καν να περπατησω με ενα μπανιο μικρο και μιζερο σαν το δ
ωματιο. Εκτοτε οι κυριοι ατη ρεσεψιον δαγκωνονταν για να μου πουν μια καλημερα διοτι προφανως παρεξηγηθηκαν με τα παροπονο που εξεφρασα.

Pros:

The location , and that they are pet friendly

Cons:

Even though our dogs are trained we weren’t allowed to leave them in the room. Which I somehow understand the reason behind this policy but in some cases it was restricting for us.

Spoil yourself a little
Pros:

Modern, spacious and well run. Even the pool was still open in late October. The staff were great. The decor and art works around the hotel were quite sophisticated. Someone has thought this place through. Location is good and quiet until the primary school opens. Being a grandparent I love those joyous sounds.

Cons:

I knew what I was paying when I booked so I can’t complain but it was a bit expensive so far out of peak season.
