It is a very convenient place to stay, particularly if you are in Ostrava for an academic visit. The breakfast variety is much more extended than before, particularly tiny cute pancakes :)

Nebyl jsem upozorněn, že mi při rezervaci neodešla platba za ubytování. Byl jsem tedy mylně ubezpečen, že je mé ubytování už zaplaceno. K mému velmi nepříjemnému překvapení po mne chtěl recepční ubytování zaplatit na místě, což bylo vzhledem k situaci (pozdní hodina, služební cesta) velmi nepříjemné, zejména, protože to nebylo očekáváno.
Celá situace je o to smutnější, že jsem o hotelu dostal asi 5 až 10 naprosto zbytečných emailových zpráv, jejichž smysl mi je do teď utajen.
Chtělo by to více profesionality jak od hotelu, tak od bookingu a méně zbytečného a obtěžujícího mailování. Na organizaci takto poměrně jednoduchého úkolu, jako je jedna noc se snídaní je toho opravdu hodně, co zlepšovat.
