Location, easy access with arrival time at any time with mobile checking and building/room access with a given code, comfortable bed and clean, modern bathroom.

Cons:

A kettle with two cups or glasses for an evening thee would be great addition. There is not even a plastic cup in the bathroom to use to drink something in the room.
