Cancellation policy for 8 rooms or more:
-A 10% nonrefundable deposit and holding fee are required at the time of confirmation.
-Cancellation one year or more before start date: 10%
-Cancellation between one year and 6 months before start date: 25%
-Cancellation between 6 and 3 months before start date: 50%
-Cancellation between 3 and 2 months before start date: 75%
-Cancellation between 2 months and the day of arrival: 100%
Deposit policy for 8 rooms or more:
-At confirmation of the group booking, the hotel receives a credit card as a guarantee of the booking, which can be authorized prior to arrival.
-At confirmation of a group booking, the hotel receives a credit card as a guarantee of the booking and a 100% deposit 14 days prior to the arrival of the first guest.
The hotel can always require interim deposit payments as follows;
-30% of the total booking value is required at confirmation of the booking, of which 10% is a nonrefundable deposit.
-50% of the total booking value is required 3 months prior to arrival.
-The remaining 50% of the total booking value is required 1 month prior to arrival.
-Any incidentals to be charged upon departure.
Please note that a maximum of 1 dog is allowed per room with a maximum weight of 6 kg or less.

The location of the hotel on the park was beautiful, tranquil and quiet. We had a corner room on the first floor overlooking the park which was just gorgeous. The room was beautifully appointed with wonderful amenities. The staff is kind, professional and extremely helpful. We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival by Koen and received excellent recommendations and help before and during our trip from the concierge, Stefan. Stefan booked visits to Anne Frank, the Rijksmuseum, dinners at Blauw, Da Kas, and Troefe, and a stunning canal cruise on a wooden boat to celebrate my daughter’s birthday (and surprised us with a gorgeous cake!) as well as two guides who took us into the countryside - one day to Keukenhof and Delft and the other to see the windmills, a dairy farm, Edam, and Volendam. And we enjoyed a very festive “King’s Day!” The hotel handed out fun orange accessories to all the hotel visitors, which was a nice touch. Truly a lovely stay! We would highly recommend staying at Pillows Hotel Maurits at the Park!
Lunch was great one day, ordered the same for breakfast the next day and had to send it back, and then it came back again, not the way it was ordered.
The room I booked and picture that was presented when booking for that very room was NOT the room I received. Was much smaller. Room itself was comfrotable although barely any space for putting anything anywhere. Like almost none.
All team is very kind and. Helpfull with smiling faces. Rooms are very clean and comfartable. I felt like in my home. When I would come again sure in will stay at your lovely Hotel. ❤

An exceptional stay in every sense. Pillows Hotel is the definition of refined luxury—elegant, calm, and incredibly comfortable. The location next to the park is stunning and peaceful, yet still close to the heart of Amsterdam
