-Cancellation between 3 and 2 months before start date: 75%
-Cancellation between 2 months and the day of arrival: 100%
Deposit policy for 8 rooms or more:
-At confirmation of the group booking, the hotel receives a credit card as a guarantee of the booking, which can be authorized prior to arrival.
-At confirmation of a group booking, the hotel receives a credit card as a guarantee of the booking and a 100% deposit 14 days prior to the arrival of the first guest.
The hotel can always require interim deposit payments as follows;
-30% of the total booking value is required at confirmation of the booking, of which 10% is a nonrefundable deposit.
-50% of the total booking value is required 3 months prior to arrival.
-The remaining 50% of the total booking value is required 1 month prior to arrival.
-Any incidentals to be charged upon departure.

An exceptional stay in every sense. Pillows Hotel is the definition of refined luxury—elegant, calm, and incredibly comfortable. The location next to the park is stunning and peaceful, yet still close to the heart of Amsterdam

The hotel was spotless and very well maintained. Great location, close to everything, and the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The staff were so, so nice, it was incredibly clean and smelled lovely and is in a great location. The location is quiet but in walking distance to all the fun nightlife, etc. They were able to accommodate a very last minute request for rooms that were close to each other.
Not a fan of the see through bathroom doors. Anyone sitting in the room watching TV or hanging out had a complete view of whomever was on the toilet. Very weird. Hotel is expensive but I can't get too upset about that because it was otherwise such a lovely experience.

Fantastic stay. Very warm welcome. Very clean and comfortable rooms (stayed on 2 interconnecting rooms). Very spacious and clean bathrooms. Nice turndown service everyday. Breakfast a la carte can be challenging if you are on a rush, but very well served. Located on a peaceful area, though a little bit away from city centre (but manageable).
They thought of every tiny detail to make the stay special. The food was exceptional and the staff were simply amazing. Absolutely loved my stay here.
Property was exceptionally beautiful - a bit confusing to navigate at first but you get the hang of it. The spa was also a bit disappointing for the quality of the hotel.
Wonderful experience from arrival to departure. The staff is welcoming and very helpful - the concierge helped ahead of the visit with dinner reservations on Christmas Eve and Day. As a family in multiple rooms, we especially valued the 'Living' room, a comfortable place to gatherk and enjoy each other.
