Hotel Fotini is a good budget option with a convenient location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location was terrific. It was an easy drive to the waterfront and restaurants and it had great connections for getting out of town. The staff were friendly and very hospitable. We enjoyed our balcony and view each evening.

Cons:

We were surprised with how dated our room was as the public areas of the hotel were more up to date. Also, we found the bed very hard.
