Pros:

Herşey mükemmeldi, tertemiz ve mükemmel bir ilgi ve alaka vardı. Konumu çok iyi merkezde her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Oda da bizim için şarap ve meyve tabağı jesti de yapmışlardı. Çok memnun kaldık. Tavsiye ederim.

Bon emplacement au centre
Pros:

L'emplacement en plein centre, tout se fait à pied.
La communication très reactive avec notre hôte.
Le grand lit très confortable.

Cons:

Le canapé lit pour les enfants grinçait à chaque petit mouvement, très difficile pour dormir. On a dû mettre le matelas par terre pour éviter les bruits.

Amazing stay in Monastiraki area
Pros:

Excellent location. Very easy check in and communication with the owner. Great value for money and would not hesitate to repeat the experience.

Cons:

You had to prepare your own breakfast. While supplies were excellent, there was not a lot of room, at least with 4 people. The balcony was nice but small and without great views. We missed a curtain in the shower to avoid splashes.

Perfect Stay In Athens!
Pros:

Our host Christos was outstanding! Due to an early flight before check-in he safely looked after our luggage. Also allowing a slightly early check-in to accommodate.
I cannot commend Christos any higher. His friendliness made us feel at ease and we felt welcomed.
The accomodation itself is amazing! The location is perfect. There’s attractions, restaurants and shopping all around you. The neighbourhood was safe in the evenings too.
A spacious room with a mighty comfortable bed. Pillows, mattress, blankets were all of great quality.
There’s a Smart Tv available on the wall to watch from bed.
Additionally there’s a small kitchenette available. A refrigerator and couch are present. The added bonus is daily breakfast. Christos provides a generous assortment of fresh fruits, yoghurt, ham, cheese, bread, juice, muesli bars, tea, coffee, water, milk, eggs, butter, jam, honey etc. You’re able to select at your leisure what you feel like and then what’s used is replaced the next day. Additionally a nice bottle of wine was provided upon arrival too.
The bathroom was spacious with good water pressure. The room was clean and Christos and team offered to clean it daily too.
There’s also a balcony available which was nice to sit and have breakfast on.
I cannot praise this property enough.

Cute, convenient, and stocked
Pros:

Perfect base for exploring Athens — walkable to all the major sights. The apartment itself is adorable, and we loved that it came stocked with snacks, fresh fruit, and basics for simple cooking. The balcony was the highlight — great spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

Cons:

During the day time, with all the stores open, it is nearly impossible to drive through. It’s better to get outside to the main street for taxi.

Pros:

Great location, full breakfast provided, clean and comfortable room. Host was excellent.

Cons:

Stairs not ideal with big luggage. Balcony view not nice, so didn’t want to sit outside.

A Beautiful and Convenient place to stay
Pros:

The location was absolutely Perfect! 12 min walk to the Acropolis, 3 min walk to the Agora, 7 min walk to Monistraki Square. Absolutely in the middle of everything.

Cons:

There was some sort of construction going on in the early morning with a lot of banging
