Welcoming small apartment stocked with snacks and breakfast in a wonderful location near the happening core of Arhens.
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious rooms in a great location — very near Monastraki Square and the metro stop; many many shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Acropolis, Plaka area, and Varvakios Central Market. Great instructions on how to get in and use the place; very responsive host. Wonderful shower, comfortable bed, extra blankets, perfect fully outfitted place, and very quiet at night, being on a pedestrian street. Such nice things to eat for snacks and to make breakfast in the little kitchen — perfect for a quick start to the day. And a bottle of wine, which we enjoyed on the balconey overlooking the pedestrian street. It clearly has a very thoughtful host. We loved it

Cons:

We only wish it had a better view from the balcony! We expect the owner wishes the same. :) It’s a great place—highly recommend.

Znakomicie 10/10!
Pros:

Bardzo pozytywnie oceniam pobyt. Znakomita lokalizacja do zwiedzania Aten, wszystko w zasięgu ręki. Bardzo wysoki komfort – znakomity apartament, wygodny i dobrze przygotowany. Wygodne łóżko. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie . Właściciel niezwykle uczynny i pomocny bardzo dziękujemy!

Szkoda, że zostaliśmy tylko na jedną noc, bo miejsce jest fantastyczne. Zdecydowanie mój numer 1 w Atenach.

Pros:

Super lokalizacja, bardzo duży apartament, z wygodnym łóżkiem i dużym balkonem, na którym można było wieczorem posiedzieć i wypić wino. Dobre śniadanie, podawane w koncepcji do it yourself, ale dobór produktów umożliwił przygotowanie smacznego posiłku. Dziękujemy za pobyt!

Super séjour en famille.
Pros:

Emplacement central et bien desservi par les transports, idéalement situé pour les visites à pieds.
Au cœur d'une rue très commerçante, et très animée durant la journée, mais extrêmement calme la nuit.
Christos est très réactif pour tout nous expliquer et nous accompagner tout au long du séjour.
Literie de bonne qualité (et lit XXL !)

This is a place I can definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience the true atmosphere of the city and have everything within walking distance. The location is excellent – in a charming neighborhood full of small shops and cozy cafés, yet very close to Plaka, the Acropolis, and other major attractions in Athens. It’s a perfect base for sightseeing.

The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped – we had everything we needed. A big advantage was the spacious terrace with a beautiful view, where we could relax after a full day of exploring. Despite its central location, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to truly unwind.

Special recognition goes to the host Christos - incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. He responded quickly to messages and genuinely cared about the comfort of his guests, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay.

I highly recommend this place – the great atmosphere, excellent location, and high standard make it somewhere we would happily return to.

Excellent endroit et situation pour visiter le centre d'Athenes
Pros:

D'abord, nous avons bien aimé les explications très complètes pour nous rendre à la suite, ainsi que la vidéo de présentation (nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit). Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la quantité et la diversité de la nourriture fournie pour le petit-déjeuner et par la bouteille de vin offerte. La suite est très bien située, bien spacieuse et décorée avec goût.

Pros:

Struttura in centro, vicina alla metropolitana e ai punti di interesse. La camera pulita e confortevole.
