Very nice hotel and facilities. We liked the aread and the staff. No window in the room

Rooms and facilities really clean-was construction going on next door but didn’t hear any of it in our room-room was on the smaller side but manageable.

loved everything about the stay. the only thing that threw me off was the construction right next door. not sure if they are expanding or something else is going on. but other than that 10/10 stay

Nice staff, super cute facility. Definitely designed for outdoorsy/athletic folks. There is a climbing gym, indoor skate park, yoga classes, etc. all in the hotel building that are super cool! Cute lobby with a cafe and free photo booth. Not a ton of close parking, but it is free. It’s just street parking, and most of the road is under construction as well as the lot on the other side of the street. Whole first floor smells like a gym. Rooms are nice, cute, and clean, but not very soundproof. Can hear people in other rooms and hallways pretty loud. Overall would recommend!

This was an overnight stay for a music festival we were attending. The EVO was in walking distance of the venue and also some very tasty dining options. To be honest, the area looks sketchy at first sight but it is anything but sketchy. We safely walked to a restaurant and then the venue and much later

Good flunky place. It is in the same building as a huge gym and climbing wall. No breakfast but free coffee in the morning. Limited parking, but very nice staff

Liked the vibe and location

This hotel is great if you go to sleep around midnight and sleep in. For anyone trying to get rest before the stroke of midnight, plan on a ton of noise. From the hallways, from the neighbors, from the amenities, from the constant hum of the building's mechanical systems. We are not light sleepers but this rather new building seems like they skipped insulation and other noise barriers.

Great interesting location

evo was a super cute - industrial and outdoors at the same time. I loved the atmosphere and minimalistic amenities, and it is very outdoor friendly. From your room you can order a bike to hit the trails! Everything about it was perfect if you travel light and don't need much in terms of luxuries. (again, leaning into the eco-friendly minimalism) Loved the 24-hour Bouldering Project, free coffee, and bathroom amenities!

Note: this is not a complaint, simply a note to those travelers who may need some luxuries - the room we stayed in didn't have a closet, armoire, dresser, or table, so the only place to hang or place clothes was on these unique hooks on the wall (near gear hooks where you can hang your bike). So in that way it was a little impractical. There was also no iron/iron board in the room, which again is fine for some travelers, but a little unexpected when I needed to quickly iron my shirt that got wrinkled in my suitcase.
This is a perfect hotel if you are visiting for a short stay where you don't need much or an outdoor adventure.

Love the Evo!!! Staff is amazing and you just can’t find a vibe like that anywhere. The only place to stay in SLC!! Fizz is the best 🤘

I loved everything about the property and the experience. The overall vibe was very cool and unique. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that I didn't love was the atmosphere of my "courtyard view" patio. The high metal front wall made it feel like a prison yard, and the open slat side walls didn't offer any privacy from my neighbors (maybe some greenery would help both?). I only attempted to sit out there once, but retreated inside within a few seconds. Everything else was fantastic.

My husband and I first made reservations for one night, we left thinking that we would check out another hotel, but we loved this one so much we decided to check back in, the employee at the front desk made it so easy. They were polite and professional. The room although small and perhaps uncomfortable for a tall couple, it was perfect for my husband and I. The room was very clean, bathroom was roomie, and overall it was just a great experience. Parking was also a breeze.
