La atención del personal
El lugar cumple con las expectativas deseadas, un hotel muy bonito y elegante en una muy buena ubicación de la ciudad, las vistas desde la habitación en la noche eran geniales. Su servicio a la habitación es muy optimo, la cama es supremamente cómodo, en definición es lo que se espera en una habitación en un Hotel como este.
se debería advertir que el parqueadero no está incluido, la comida dentro del hotel no es lo que uno espera, es un poco simple y las ventanas de mi habitación se encontraban sucias por fuera lo cual en la mañana no fue muy agradable de ver.
Todo estuvo perfecto !! La ubicación, la zona segura, varias opciones de restaurantes y bares, el personal amable !!! Y la habitación grande y cómoda, súper recomendado

The decor and ambience of the hotel were spectacular. The staff was very accommodating. We are touring through South America and they were very helpful with laundry and other minor details

Si viajas de Ecuador te obligan a que lleves firmado el
Pasaporte (cuando en la frontera no te sellan si solo llegas hasta pasto) si no lo llevas sellado o tarjeta andina, te cobran los impuestos casi el 20% del total de la factura.
Es un poco ilógico ! Ya que si soy extranjera y existe el convenio Esmeraldas con la presentación de la cédula o pasaporte basta para que no le cobren el
Impuesto.
