Cons:

Όλα ήταν πολύ ωραία το μόνο μειονέκτημα ότι μέσα στο δωμάτιο δεν είχε καθόλου σήμα ούτε για τηλέφωνο συνεπώς ούτε ίντερνετ!!!

Frustrating experience that left me disappointed having to deal with the wrong room for months now
Pros:

There was parking on site. Nikiti was a nice place to stay at.

Cons:

I booked a Royal Suite but was given a smaller Executive Suite on the ground floor that didn’t match the photos or description. I raised the issue at check-in and was told they might move me the next day, but no one ever followed up. I was given an email to raise the issue to for a partial refund, but in 2 months no one has replied to it. Overall, I didn’t receive the room I paid for and they don't seem to care to return the difference. The private beach in the description is also misleading, it's a public beach that is across the road in front of the place, but Nikiti's actual beaches are a 10 minute walk away. I would just book one of the many other places in Nikiti and not worry if I'll receive what I paid for.

Pros:

Wir waren knapp 2 Wochen im der Unterkunft Royalty Suites Seaside und es hat uns super gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im vorderen Haus und damit einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer.
Der Housekeeper Alex ist ein wahrer Sonnenschein, er war aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit.

Gibt nichts.

Pros:

Осмијех на лицу свих запослених. Од Стаматије на Рецепцији до Господина и Госпође који су буквално свакога дана чистили наше просторије! Приступачност и близина свега. Море је буквално на десет корака од апартмана, Центар је на пет минута хода, људи насмијани и гостољубиви, и посебно морам нагласити преданост запослених из Албаније.
Дефинитивно долазимо и следеће године!

Pros:

Grande chambre avec balcon et parking privé gratuit juste face à l’entrée. Très belle promenade le long de la plage vers la ville et tous les restaurants et de l’autre côté vers des villas avec jardins
Le ménage est fait tous les jours

Cons:

Arrivée très compliquée: le panneau réception est mal placé. Impossible de téléphoner car le numéro est erroné. Nous avons demandé où était l’accueil et y avons trouvé notre clé sur le comptoir..
Chambre très mal insonorisée : voisins très bruyants y compris au milieu de la nuit..
Petit déjeuner inclus ( œufs durs, sandwiches fromage salami, jus de fruit, gâteaux secs) sans café
Les photos sont trompeuses : seul le premier bâtiment est face à la plage mais le gazon n’a pas la surface que les photos pourraient laisser croire
