No nonsense stay if you need a private room at a central location.
Pros:

Centrally located - only 400 mtrs to Indiranagar Metro stations. I also liked the fact that there are cafes and hotels and other shops accessible nearby.

Room: For a single person, it was very cozy, coffee and tea kits with electric kettle, glasses and cups. Wifi was available. You get handwash, body shower. Hot water was available. Breakfast was decent.

Overall, a pretty decent stay at this price and location.

Cons:

- You would not have roomboys helping you with luggage and stuff - you are on your own.
- Wifi was available, but was not very fast - I barely got good connections for calls.
- Shower gel and handwash bottles were not very clean- seemed old bottles.

Pathetic location in a congested residential street. Rooms were unsafe as you cannot lock it from inside. Rooms are too small too..There is hardly any space.around the cot to get down and walk.

Slaff were semi cooperative for all the complaints we made. We finally cancelled the booking after checking all these facilities in person and a refund was promised by the manager. Their promises were not kept after we came out.

Even Booking.com customer support executives could not do.much for the refund . They were helpless and the property manager ignored all his promises to both of us.

I would never recommend this property for any new travellers due to the safety limitations.
