InTown Suites Extended Stay Columbus OH - North

For one thing, at the time of booking, I wasn’t made aware that the office closed at 7 PM. When I read this on the confirmation I was sent, I tried to contact the property letting them know that I would be arriving late. No one responded to my email and no one answered the phone. When I arrived at the property at 7:02 PM, the floating manager, Holly informed me that I was considered a “no-show”, and charged one night’s stay. The rest of my reservation had been cancelled. She said the system automatically shut down at 7, and nothing could be done until the next morning. (Because of that, I had to find alternate lodging on the fly.) The property has a “no refunds” policy; however, I requested a refund based on the circumstances, and Holly assured me that she would put a note in my file. It has been over two weeks and still NO REFUND and NO RESPONSE from corporate. First and last time I book with InTown Suites!!!!!

How filthy it was, how badly it smelled like weed and cigarettes inside, how my key card would stop working every Saturday night when I would get back to my room after 2:00 am from work so I would have to call and wait for someone to let me in and reactivate my card, the house keeper never cleaned my room once, she even cussed me out, the management was always rude and having attitude, the tap to pay was broken for weeks, the manager falsely accused me of tampering with the smoke detector and falsely accused me of smoking in the room, I don’t smoke cigarettes or marijuana flower, the dryers don’t work, the vending machine ate my money, and just the overall disgusting and unprofessional behavior of the staff, there were blood stains on the pillow case, and other stains on the bed sheets itself…

Very comfortable

The room smelled like human body odor as soon as I walked in. There were bugs on the bed and in the fridge. The walls and floors were stained. I didn't even stay. They wouldn't refund me so I left and went somewhere else. I am not happy whatsoever.

I didn’t like the mid day front desk lady she is rude and she don’t show not one once of empathy for anybody and their situation. The manager is just as bad don’t recommend…

Nada estuve esperando que me entregaran la habitación por 7 horas y luego me indicaron que debía esperar 1 hora más. Decidí retirarme y el personal no quiso cancelar la reservación pretendiendo cobrar una multa por no continuar con la reservación

I don’t know where to start, but here we go infested with roaches bedbugs everything is falling apart the room smell like piss, completely disgusting I left, and they would not give me my money back the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life completely disgusting appalling just nasty. You have to be out of your mind to stay there. It should be reported to the health department.
