Elevator service ( not their fault) was not fixed in a timely manner.
Back on the off road.
Roaches, staff wasn’t at the desk or answering the phone during business hours
The location is to far from the main street and the trucks from the highway kept us up room was dirty tv volume low WiFi never worked and the hotel smelled of strong cigarette.
I didn't like anything

Nothing
Would not recommend at all the manager was so unperfecinal on all levels was kicked out because of my service dog he barked when they knocked on my door so she said he was not friendly because of that how stupid can you be and she charged me almost 200 for two days when it was supposed to be for three and lied about that the TV had lines through it and the one manager even recorded it and told the main manager about it and that was never fixed so save your money go elsewhere their is better places than there
Bed bugs is all I gotta say was there two weeks and just about got ate alive
Does not include free wifi, when you pay the $12.99 a week for unlimited devices you expect quality service bit unfortunately it lept kicking us off.
Another issue kids would play in the hall and hit our door.
People above us you think were elephants as much as they stomped when walking.
In the parking lot in the back someone blared their radio until midnight-one am.
You get what you pay for. Its quiet but the rooms and linens are dirty.
Nothing
When I arrived at 11:45PM after my flight, they told me to come back at 7AM as they could not check me in and had cancelled my reservation.
Management was helpful
Clean friendly and cheap

The name of the property is misleading. It's actually transitional housing for displaced individuals, not hotel suites.
I never got the chance to book my room, due to the front desk not allowing me to go through with my reservation due to other guests overstaying and paying the day i made my reservations!!! And i was also charged $22 that day of my reservation and never got it cancelled nor my money back and tbats all i want is my refund i never stayed at this hotel but was still charged after getting the little hotel insurance that was optional during my reservation online!!
nothing at all very bad experience and the manager is racist
