Nothing at all
The staff the staff member Norma to be exact very racist and unprofessional
The hotel is infested with roaches they never offered us clean sheets or towels I had to go buy my own toilet paper. I wouldn’t recommend staying here
It had a kitchenette
Staff was rude water was off for 14hrs no hot water I paid to much to deal with that shit

Bug infested, orkin sprayed twice and bugs were worse. Won’t refund ANY MONEY no matter what
The staff is amazing Ms Norma does the job of 10 people very nice always there if you need anything she tries to help any way she can and if she can't she'll try to find a way. Miss Holly is also amazing helps you any way she can I absolutely love the staff here! My room is amazing you see another comments where people are talking about roaches yes you might see a few but you are in a hotel where people live and that's expected but they are doing their best to control the situation and I've been here two months and I've seen maybe three in my room and as soon as I told them they had or can come in spray and gave me traps it's nothing like it used to be around 9 years ago. I'm living here and I don't plan on going anywhere else.
There isn't too much I don't like like I said you might see a roach or two again you live in a hotel with a bunch of people not everybody is the cleanest it happens I really have no complaints.
I'm still staying here and the staff are absolutely amazing anything you need they try to help any problems you have they're there especially Miss Nora she's amazing I'm really glad I chose this place

Dope house
1 towel ,one roll of toilet paper,and they clean room once and they didn't even to that.

Elevator service ( not their fault) was not fixed in a timely manner.

Roaches, staff wasn’t at the desk or answering the phone during business hours
The location is to far from the main street and the trucks from the highway kept us up room was dirty tv volume low WiFi never worked and the hotel smelled of strong cigarette.
