Location
Old and outdated. Smelled of weed.
The rooms were good, lately the rooms have not been as thoroughly cleaned. Especially the bathroom. I do believe it's different housekeeping staff.
Don’t have all that what you showing in the picture but after all is clean
The location was close to my work
It smelled bad. I was there 9 days and my room wasn’t cleaned once. There is no one in the office from 7p to 11a so I couldn’t really complain cuz I was gone during those hours. I still haven’t received my $50 deposit.
This is my first time staying at an InTowne Suites, but it will be my last. The hotel signs say no smoking, yet 'guests' are happy to smoke in front of those very same signs. The smoking patio located near the elevators allows cigarette and weed smoke to travel throughout the building.
Our room was "neat", as in it had been straightened up, beds made and towels and paper products replaced, but was otherwise dingy, dirty, rusty, musty, and showed signs of years of neglect. I spent the first night cleaning and had to go out and buy activated charcoal bags, an air purifier, and a Rug Doctor to remove some of the filth from the carpets, which are absolutely worn down with caked-on dirt. The drapes are no different. Looking at them, they are dusty and filthy. We also had to wash the windows, which have no screens.
I could not sleep with the musty odor in the room from all the dated and dirty carpeting and drapes. The one dresser in the room is not level, leans forward causing the drawers to open constantly. The blankets smell like human sweat and need washing. The towel provided for the bathroom mat appears to have dried vomit on it. The bulb over the antiquated stove blew out and needs replacing. The dining room chairs were very dirty, with food and possibly bodily fluids on them. I had to scrub them down with bleach before we could sit on them.
The people staying here seem to represent the bottom of society and nearly everyone smokes, despite the sign in the office saying the property is "smoke-free". This place costs way too much for the low-quality experience I've had so far. Only the awesome location and quiet room were saving graces, for which I awarded one star each. Otherwise, I really wish we had been able to stay at a nicer place. This was not a good experience.
The room so older..and dirty. .

I never got to stay at the property!!!
I booked this place for a stay and as my family and I were heading to the hotel they call me and say that they are OVERBOOKED due to the OSU game and have to CANCEL my reservation! I asked would I need to do anything about the cancellation & was told NO. This was very inconvenient because I had to now find a new hotel. A week later I was CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE, even though I WAS FORCED TO CANCEL. I’ve tried to get my refund back, I even drove by but the office was closed for some sudden emergency. There were people breaking into windows due to no office person & being locked out of their rooms, the MANAGER RUBEN is very RUDE and REFUSED TO REFUND ME. Worst experience EVER, wouldn’t recommend!
The problem of unavailability of checking in or out on Sundays and the service desk hours till 7 pm is very odd and it should extend till midnight at least to give the guest more flexibility for the check in and check out and for any service need and assistance manager is required to help and fill in the service handling in case of sudden absence to the main manager .
