The stay was decent. The room was not clean, my wife once we checked in had to buy cleaning products to clean bathroom and under both beds was trash, house keeping came but did not mop vacuum floors nor clean bathroom etc.property has so many rules that make you feel like once you pay and make one mistake you might be asked to leave, that was always hanging over our heads so we choose to ck out could have extended but didn't feel wanted.

I was told I had to pay for an 18 day stay all upfront because I booked through hotels. A few days in I got a phone call about a family emergency so I had to check out early. I checked out and made phone calls and sent emails about getting refunded the rest of my booking. Several days later I was told by hotels.com that they have a no refund policy regardless of the situation. The hotel kept roughly over $500 for the rest of the booking. If I would’ve know about the no refund I never would’ve left the hotel or booked there in the first place. Nothing mentioned at check in or on the website.
