Conrad Nashville

This was our second stay at the Conrad in Nashville and we’re already planning our next trip to Nashville in the Spring to stay here again.

The hotel is modern, sleek, and extremely well kept. The rooms are spacious and the beds are quite comfortable.

We’ve eaten at both restaurants and enjoyed both. I will say we especially enjoyed the small
plates at Thistle & Rye and I was looking forward to the Korean Fried Chicken, but it was closed for a private event - we stayed on NYE.

The location can’t be beat and is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, music row, and The Gulch.

All of the staff we encountered were friendly. Jake was at the front desk both times we checked and was very professional and helpful. Also , Stephanie the hostess at Blue Aster, was very friendly, helpful, with a cheerful disposition both times we were there.

One area for improvement - ice for drinks! The rooms didn’t have ice buckets nor ice machines anywhere i saw.

Amazing valet service at the Conrad. Charley and the rest of the guys were super friendly and helpful, always recommending great places to check out. Everything was smooth and easy the whole time. Highly recommend!

We always love coming to this hotel. It’s comfortable, has great rooms with lots of room, all of the amenities you need (including a magnifying mirror, robes, central lighting by the bed and so much more). Breakfast downstairs was healthy and fresh. We had the avocado toast and custom omelette. Maria was our server and super nice.

Mariam and staff were amazing. Great food, great service. Always very friendly and welcoming. Had a great five days at the Conrad and each day was better than the last. New years was fun too!

Matthew was an amazing concierge and host. He gave us great suggestions of activities to do on the trip and great recommendations of places to eat! He really helped us have an amazing trip.

Miriam was delightful! She provided good service, and helpful conversation.
Food was very tasty. Atmosphere was comfortable. Prices a bit high!

Love this hotel. Esperanza was great. Only issue was bizarre. Ordered ice to room on 12/20 midday. Nothing came. Called down an hour later. They apologized but still nothing came from in room delivery. Then on 12/21 the exact thing occurred again. Probably just given guests access to get their own ice. The delivery fkybs made a great hotel seem like processes needed a lot of work.

4 stars it was not. Aside from the pretty decor there really wasn’t anything special about the Conrad. Front desk was short staffed and the wait to check in was unusually long. The accommodations were “regular” A bed, desk and bathroom. Nothing luxurious about it. The restaurant “Blue Astor” was just ok as well. The breakfast was way better than the dinner. The menu’s description was way better than the actual food. In my opinion it was not worth the high end charges. I just didn’t see anything worth the investment.

Overall Great stay would book it again

Top class hotel. Room was superior! We had breakfast each morning in the hotel restaurant. We had Mariam serve us multiple times. Her service was exemplary!

Excellent rooms. Efficient check in. Great bathrooms .

There is an issue with pipes or some other mechanical where banging or popping is noticeable throughout day and night. Our room was 3 removed from the elevator shafts. Standing in front of the elevators, the sounds were louder. So we presume the issue resides there.

Valet service was excellent with Anthony and Charley, and crew.

Hotel is beautiful. We were not aware of an added $30 destination fee each night. We were told this is new and that “some” hotels do this in Nashville. We have stayed all over Nashville and typically stay at the Hilton. This is unfortunate that they are now doing this.

Hotel was perfect! Beautiful rooms, very clean and in a great location! Caroline was a wonderful bartender, waitress and concierge all in one! Breakfast at Blue Aster was also lovely - ask for Miriam! We will be back!

The service and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Excellent experience. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. The room was quiet and soothing as well.

My stay at the Conrad Nashville was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The rooms are gorgeous and well maintained. The bed was sooo comfortable!
Every staff member I had contact with was extremely kind and accomodating.
I didn’t get the names of the front desk staff to mention them individually in this review but they were super helpful.
To the team members I do have names for: The bellmen (Edwin and Gary), the valet team (Charley and Anthony) and the hotel car drivers (Andy, Darren and Kevin) all provided top notch service!
Looking forward to staying at Conrad Nashville again!

I love my breakfasts at the Conrad when I stay here! Food is top-notch, nice variety.Had wonderful service this morning from Miriam and Ron, Stephanie is always an excellent hostess too. Oh, and their coffee is the best!

Excellent facility and superior service, they really care about their guests. Mariam and others like her seamlessly provide people-first service with natural caring personalities. We will continue to visit.
