Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Nice decor in and out of the room. The shared bathroom was exceptionally clean.

Cons:

The room was next to the common area, with minimal soundproofing (however this was no issue overnight). There was a window into this common area with no coverage so light also shone through into the room overnight.

Pros:

地點超方便，鬧中取靜，出門三分鐘就是臺南美食一級戰區。水仙宮，海安路，神農街，藍晒圖，政大書城等等等等都在步行範圍內，租借ubike也很方便。
房內設備應有盡有，除了床墊較軟，其他都很滿意。不提供備品但是需要的話都可以用廉宜的價格在誠實商店購買，浴巾和拖鞋也有確實提供。
我住的房間位在一樓的廊道盡頭，算是交通要道，不過其他的住客們都很小心翼翼，沒有製造太多噪音，我也沒有感受到吵鬧。房內除了冷氣也有除濕機。

The place met my expectations, it was spacious and clean and very convenient for public transport
Pros:

The place was nice, room was clean and just enough space, the toilet is always clean despite it being a common one shared with others

Cons:

老宅改建，古色古香，很美

Cons:

位於飛機航線區，早上六點多開始就有飛機低空飛過，噪音高達80分貝以上，根本不用睡了，2樓B203號房窗外有馬達24小時運作，更不用睡了！
