Pros:

浴室還蠻整潔舒爽、位置蠻好靠近小吃店。

Cons:

行李基本上只能放地板，個人會建議選房型較大的，冷氣風擺不能控制上下，冷氣位置容易直吹身體不舒服床頭板和燈有明顯灰塵。

Pros:

地點真的1000分，環境也非常整潔，配上這個價格CP值超高。而且可以用洗衣機和烘衣機，去一個禮拜每天都可以洗衣服。工作人員也很友善，樂於幫助，住在這邊很安心。未來有機會還是會回來住。

Cons:

1. 插座位置在床邊凸出來有些尷尬，而且有些鬆動。（就一定要用轉接頭）
2. 晚上聽得到冷氣機的聲音，需要耳塞入睡。（這個小事，總體來說在那邊睡眠品質非常好的）
3. 二樓廁所空間真的太小了，建議170以上的人都去用一樓的。（一樣小事，不嫌麻煩的話也可以用）
4. 非服務台開放時間，電子鎖發生故障，手機被鎖在房間內，人卻進不去。這時候沒有聯絡到工作人員的手段就滿不方便的。（建議還是需要有個內線電話，這次很幸運剛好那個時間碰到其他房客，才借到手機求助。）

CP高房間沒問題，有機會會續住
Pros:

位置便利性不錯，自助報到。房間整潔整體空間算大。
已知隔音不好但實際上沒有遇上抽水馬達噪音問題
隔天早上廟會活動經過，屬於地方特色跟房間無關

Pros:

走路可到新光三越，晶英酒店(有Youbike可借)，也靠近海安路，國華街二段，逛街真的很方便。
服務人員都很親切，房間冷氣有冷很棒，住多天還可以免費洗烘衣服。
房子是古屋改造，功能性不減也有一點文青感，浴室是共用但乾淨熱水也充足。除了像我這樣獨旅的人，看到很多小情侶來住，也看到外國人來住，價錢不貴算CP值也很划。沒有提供早餐很棒，住宿可以省錢外，每天都可以跑去吃不同的臺南特色早餐(牛肉湯、鹹粥、碗粿……)。
會再回訪❤️。

有溫度的民宿
Pros:

公共空間比較小，但麻雀雖小、五臟俱全喔！冰箱、洗衣機、飲水機都有。
雖然空間不大，但還是騰出一個空間讓我停單車，這點令我非常感動！
