Pleasant hotel in Serres.
Pros:

Excellent location, comfortable bed, good breakfast, polite staff. Plenty of parking space.

Cons:

The heating system cannot be regulated. It was extremely hot during night and we had to keep the sliding door towards the balcony slightly open.

Cons:

Η διαμονή μας είχε κάποια θετικά στοιχεία, αλλά και αρκετά σημεία που χρειάζονται άμεση βελτίωση. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, ενώ ο χώρος του πρωινού – όπως και το ίδιο το πρωινό – ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητικά και άφησαν καλή εντύπωση.

Ωστόσο, το δωμάτιο δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μας. Όταν μπήκαμε, ήταν παγωμένο, καθώς η μπαλκονόπορτα είχε μείνει ανοιχτή και η σίτα δεν ήταν τραβηγμένη, με αποτέλεσμα να έχουν μπει έντομα μέσα. Η ταπετσαρία πάνω από το κρεβάτι ήταν ξεκολλημένη, υπήρχαν εμφανή σημάδια υγρασίας στους τοίχους, ενώ η μοκέτα χρειαζόταν σαφώς πιο σχολαστικό καθάρισμα. Επιπλέον, οι μαξιλαροθήκες ήταν φθαρμένες και είχαν τρυπήσει σε ορισμένα σημεία, κάτι που δεν συνάδει με τη βασική εικόνα καθαριότητας και φροντίδας που πρέπει να έχει ένα δωμάτιο.

Με βελτίωση στη συντήρηση και στην καθαριότητα, η συνολική εμπειρία θα μπορούσε να είναι πολύ καλύτερη.
