El hotel es moderno, atractivo y cuenta con una infraestructura de alta calidad. A pesar de estar un poco retirado del movimiento de la ciudad, este aspecto me resultó poco relevante frente.
El servicio es deficiente. Buscaba una estadía tranquila, con tiempo en la piscina para descansar y trabajar, pero no hay sillas para asolearse. Tampoco hay información básica en la habitación, como el número de recepción, y el aseo no se realiza si no se solicita previamente, algo que no informan en el check-in.
Además, no entregaron una encomienda enviada a mi habitación por estar a otro nombre, sin intentar contactarme.
Si bien un hotel puede realizar eventos en la piscina y el bar, en este caso resultan ruidosos y poco agradables. A esto se suma la dificultad para acceder a la piscina, ya que las puertas de entrada y salida se traban, obligando a esperar a que alguien más pase.
En general, una experiencia muy por debajo de lo esperado para un hotel cinco estrellas.
Room was nice and comfortable
I travel a lot with work and am Diamond with Accor. There are a number of reasons why I’d not stay there again mainly value for money vs alternatives
1. Usual Service issues that you see in corporate hotels, mainly during breakfast, I had to get my own coffee most days from the server station
2. Breakfast food selection isn’t great,
3. By the pool bar where I was sitting 2 large roof tiles stuck together with cement dropped 12 floors and narrowly missed me which would have been fatal if I hadn’t moved 20s earlier. I notified reception immediately. 1hr later a large piece of wood fell from the roof to the pool area, again would have been fatal if hit anyone, I was on the other side of the pool.
4. There are only 2 sun loungers by the pool for the entire hotel which is bizarre, if you miss out you have to sit at table and chairs…there is no shortage of space
5. On arrival, Would expect to have someone to help with bags from the taxi, we had to struggle with 4 suitcases - did not set a good initial impression with the hotel

la recepcion, no tan amables, no revisaron el detalle de la reserva y nos pidieron pagar desayuno, cuando el precio lo incluia. Y al pedir late checkout, respuesta inmediata de no si revisar si habia membresia de bonboy...
