Pros:

Very clean, room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, staff took us to our room explain where everything was and how to adjust the temperature in the room. We enjoyed drinks at the 5 o’clock wine and snack room. We had dinner at your restaurant. Staff is Pleasant and the food was good. Desk staff made check out easy got us a taxi to our next destination.

Pésimo servicio en la recepción del hotel
Pros:

Excelentes instalaciones y muy buen desayuno, el personal del comedor y botones excelente y atentos en todo momento.

Cons:

La recepcionista que me recibió quería cobrarme de más el valor del desayuno el cual estaba incluido en la reservación, por otro lado me pidió cancelar por adelantado todo el alojamiento? ( no tarjeta de respaldo si no pagar toda la estadía por delate en ningún hotel piden eso). La atencion de la recepcionista daño por completo el buen trabajo q realizó el resto del equipo del hotel.
