Very dirty rooms actually disgusting stuff were unprofessional . No hot water during my day unbelievable

The property is located near popular hospitals and clinics, for those traveling for medical treatment. It is also less than 10 min by car from the city center and popular attractions.
Some parts of the property are quite outdate but they are under renovation now (March 2025).

No power sockets for charging in the bedroom
I arrived there with a taxi. I asked someone to help me with the luggages upstairs to my room and i had 3 heavy luggages. They asked me to take it myself because they don't have anyone. That was terrible to bring up 3 heavy luggages. I got inside the room the sheets full of hair i was grossed out! And during my stay i left the hotel evening and locked my door 2 clicks and came back and opened up with one click which had me scared that someone came in. I know it wasn't the cleaning man because he came in the morning so i started taking everything expensive with me when i go out and it was a lot of stuff so i couldn't take the stay. Wouldn't want this to happen to anyone else.
Fantastic staff. Friendly, hospitable, and knowledgeable. Clean roooms, close to everything you need. Would stay here again.

They asked to see my marriage certificate because we were a couple !!!!!!!
It should be non of their business.
Also the staff were serious, looking more like security guards than hotel staff.
The airconditioning needs renewal
The room where i lived in has a shared door whith neighbour room which allows sounds of other room
