The place was beautiful. The team took such good care of us, nothing was too much. I especially loved the format of the breakfast. The hotel has all the amenities you need and everything is such high quality. The attention to detail is wonderful, down to the little notes left in the room for turn down service giving little local tips on the island.
We cannot say enough good things about NOS!! We were there for our honeymoon, looking for a relaxing time in Sifnos, and NOS was the absolute perfect place to stay for that!
Our room was sleek, clean, and had a private patio with a small plunge pool which was incredible. The staff were so friendly and attentive and always seemed to be one step ahead of us in terms of knowing what we wanted or were missing.
And last but not least, the food was amazing! The breakfast there may have been the best breakfast I've ever had in my life, and I was lucky enough to have it three times as it was included as part of the stay! If you're looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful setting, I cannot recommend NOS enough; already trying to plan on when I can go back!
The hotel is new, with a stylish and pleasant interior that creates a comfortable atmosphere. Breakfasts are enjoyable, though the selection could be more diverse. Rooms are nicely done design wise
However, the service does not fully match the standard of a five-star property. For instance, the concierge never even introduced themselves to us, which felt impersonal and below expectations. No one helped us with luggages while we're checking in and checking out. At the reception, we also felt there could be more willingness to assist for example, when we asked for help reserving a restaurant for dinner, we were simply told to “go to the website” without specifying which one or providing any further assistance.
Beautiful hotel in a lovely position on Sifnos. Hotel room was quite small but it did have a lovely outdoor area with pool. We were only there for 2 nights but we would return.

Magical place - extraordinary design and staff in a sublime location. Could not recommend enough.
Beautiful location, excellent food, amazing rooms and attentive and friendly service. Effie at the front desk was so helpful and provided the best tips for places to go on the island. Easy walk to Faros beach and quick drive to other locations on the island.
The outdoor gym gets a bit hot in the morning. Could do with my shutters to block out the morning sun.
Really this place felt like a home away from home...so comfortable, easy and laid back. The staff were extremely kind, helpful and friendly and really through through the details of my stay with my son. Thank you to everyone at NOS you are quite a team and a special thank you to Effe, Athena and Dimitri :) Loved our room, the property, dining, views and ease to walk to beaches. We had a car which was nice but it wasn't actually needed.

The entire property and all staff are perfection. GREAT FOOD! Even the gym is fantastic. The staff work tirelessly to make sure you are getting the Sifnos experience.

The staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful, particularly the concierge, she was wonderful. The bar staff, the attendants, everyone always helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful, pool and views amazing. The spa is fantastic, you won't find a better view, the Faro massage was one of best I've ever had...the masseuse extremely good. Our room(s) were beautiful. The only negative, pools and dipping pools were pretty chilly.
A beautiful, tranquil resort with a stunning view. Staff was polite and attentive. Highly recommend.
