Établissent en face d’une plage peu fréquentée, ce que j’ai particulièrement apprécié.
Chambres très propres et literie confortable.
J’ai eu un souci avec ma chambre et le personnel m’a tout de suite donné une autre chambre, beaucoup plus spacieuse et avec une meilleure vue de la plage pour se faire pardonner. Je ne demandais pas tant, je leur en suis très reconnaissante.
L’insonorisation avec l’extérieur est un peu faible. Si quelqu’un décide de parler fort depuis son balcon c’est assez gênant. Il y a également de la musique très forte le soir en extérieur (week-end) mais pas de la faute de l’hôtel.
La partie asiatique du petit déjeuné est très bonne mais la partie occidentale n’est vraiment pas au niveau, qualitativement et quantitativement.
Je ne sais pas si la piscine est chauffée. Je l’ai trouvée un peu froide mais c’est peut-être à cause des forts écarts de température.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli chaleureusement par un personnel souriant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour aider.
La chambre était impeccable : propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec une literie de grande qualité qui m’a permis de très bien me reposer. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le calme de l’établissement, idéal pour se détendre.
Les installations de l’hôtel sont modernes et bien entretenues, et les services proposés sont à la hauteur des attentes. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais.
L’emplacement est également un vrai plus, pratique pour découvrir les environs.
Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour.

Zimmer gross, hell, Meersicht, modernes Bad, begehbare grosse Dusche
Frühstücksraum und Skybar wirken veraltet. Im Frühstücksrestaurant blickt man neben dem Buffet auf die Abräumstation. Die Ausgabestelle für Gebratene eier und Omelette wirkt wie eine Personalausgabestelle im Grossbetrieb. In einem Hotel dieser Aufmachung erwartet man Kaffeeautomaten für Espresso und Cappuccino. Gab nur Filterkaffe auf Wärmeplatte.
Und die Poolbar wurde in unserem Aufenthalt eher als Küche und Geschirrspüler benutzt.
Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich aber es fehlte irgendwie der Spirit. Alles wirkte eher steril.
Minibar leer (nur auf telefonischer bestellung), keine Gläser auf dem Zimmer.
Die Etagenflure ohne Bilder oder Pflanzen. Sehr kahl!
Die Summe der vielen Kleinen Mängel trübt den Gesamteindruck leider.

La gentillesse et le dévouement du personnel ainsi que la beauté des lieux. Malheureusement la piscine étant enclavé entre les bâtiments est pratiquement toute la journée à l’ombre ce qui implique une piscine bien froide.
Lovely comfortable western style hotel. Huge rooms and beds, lovely bathroom and shower. Great buffet breakfast. Good location right opposite the z beach area which has loungers with parasols for some shade. We had a lovely ocean view room.
Nothing not to like.
My hubby and I just had the most wonderful time staying 17 nights at the Fleur De Lys. ALL the staff - from the happy and friendly pool man, to the joyful, polite room cleaners, to the quick to assist (yummy!) buffet staff, and the concierge were absolutely amazing with the quality of care and service they provided. The GM, Mr Quang, is doing an amazing job with his team! Extra special call out to Miss Gam (concierge), who went way above and beyond in her service, to help us in so many ways, especially when my back was seriously sore and I needed to access local medication etc.
Our room (King Suite Ocean View) was just as depicted/described and excellent for our 'long stay' with a comfie couch, table and separate living space to the bedroom. The view of the beach was truly fabulous from our balcony. The King bed was very very large and comfie (but, as is typical in much of Asia, quite firm).
The locals in Quy Nhon are SO friendly. We felt SO safe and comfortable in this friendly city. Food is pretty safe to eat as westerners, yummy and cheap and easy to locate near the hotel - though eating in our hotel room was also good value when we wanted a quite night in. Found a great western food option at the Quy Nhon Sports Bar.
We loved the hotel's 25m pool and (basic) gym, but also swam in the beach across the road most days. It was safe and nice to swim in (though it wasn't the 'blue' time of year for best viewing). There was a lovely strip of garden and paths to walk on and simple street exercise equipment and kids playgrounds all the way along for kms in front of the hotel stretching along the beachfront.
We HIGHLY recommend this hotel and this wonderful location in Vietnam and do hope we can come back again soon!

Would have loved a bath in our room. Wierdly, the room had two toilets, but no bath! So that would be one small thing in terms of possible better room design.

Really well located on the ocean front, with good sized rooms and a comfy bed. Breakfast was pretty good though more choice offered for Asian customers. That said the eggs were cooked fresh and were very nice and there was a good selection of bread. The staff at breakfast were a little slow. The pool is nice but very shady so not as big a benefit as we’d hoped. No doubt we paid for the beachfront location but compared to all the other places we’ve stayed during our 5 weeks in Vietnam this one feels a tad over priced.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, lovely swimming pool and yummy breakfast. The receptionists were very helpful, especially Tham she helped us during our stay and helped us arrange our onward journey, thankyou Tham!! X
