Pros:

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The gym and swimming pool were exceptional (the swimming pool can get very busy during the school holidays). Breakfast was good if you prefer Asian food, Western food was limited.

אין לי מספיק מילים כדי לתאר כמה נהנינו מהשהות שלנו.

הגענו למלון לירח הדבש שלנו, וכבר מהרגע הראשון הרגשנו שמקבלים אותנו באהבה. חיכתה לנו בחדר עוגה מושקעת וברבורים יפים ממגבות על המיטה – מחווה קטנה שהפכה את ההגעה למרגשת במיוחד.

אבל מה שבאמת הפך את המלון הזה למיוחד הוא השירות. כל בקשה שהייתה לנו נענתה מיד, וכל מה שהיינו צריכים הגיע עד לחדר במהירות ועם חיוך וללא תשלום. הרגשנו שכל הצוות באמת רוצה שיהיה לנו מושלם, ותמיד היו שם בשבילנו.

כל העובדים, מהקבלה ועד שאר אנשי הצוות, היו אדיבים, חייכנים, מקצועיים ונעימים. היחס שקיבלנו היה אישי, חם ואכפתי, וברמה שכמעט לא פוגשים היום.

גם החדר היה נקי בצורה יוצאת דופן, נעים, מטופח ומאוד נוח. לאורך כל השהות הרגשנו שמקפידים על כל פרט קטן כדי שנרגיש בבית.

זו באמת הייתה אחת מחוויות האירוח הטובות שהיו לנו. תודה ענקית לכל הצוות על היחס המדהים ועל זה שהפכתם את ירח הדבש שלנו לעוד יותר מיוחד. אין ספק שנשמח לחזור שוב, וממליצים על המלון הזה מכל הלב

Pros:

Lovely hotel. Very relaxing. Had a great room with expansive beach and ocean views.
Spa. Good massages with Sang but recommend replacing plastic covers on massage tables as constant squeaking on movement takes away a relaxing ambience. Good price.
Gym. Good for a hotel. Had everything you need.
Breakfast. Good selection but because i am a cereal person in the morning i would like to see better quality cereal with a selection of seeds and nuts but overall good.
Staff. Fantastic reception staff in Tuyen and Tham. Both very efficient and professional. During a fire drill i didn't understand the English over the loudspeaker so walked down ten storeys thinking it was the real thing. When I got to reception area everything looked normal and Tuyen apologised profusely that it was only a drill. I wasn't worried as it was good exercise. Later that evening afruit platter was delivered to my room with a lovely note from Tuyen apologising again for any inconvenience. Above and beyond service and a great asset to the hotel.
Location. Great. East and West craft beer and restaurant right on the beach directly opposite hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel.

De locatie en het ontbijt. Mooi uitzicht.

Cons:

Door het zwembad natte vloeren bij de liften en in de liften. Benauwd in de liften.
Jammer dat ze de airco niet aangezet hebben voordat de gasten arriveren. Het duurde zeker een paar uren voor de hitte uit de kamer was. En als je een lange reis hebt gemaakt is dat zeker niet fijn. Jammer.

Staff were super helpful.
Pros:

The reception staff were fantastic. Linh Ho helped organise our travel to Hoi An, and her colleagues helped us with catching the van. The location was great, very near some cool beachfront bars.

Gương trong phòng màu tối. Không soi được gì. Phòng rộng nhưng cảm giác loãng, thiếu thiếu.

Pros:

Nice hotel with beautiful location. Staff is very nice. Good breakfast but have almost same menu in three days. The soundproofing on the balcony is poor, so noise from the pool and beach can still be heard.
