The breakfast was good and the room was large Great king bed nice and firm the Chinese restaurant in the hotel is certainly very good and reasonable prices, the craft beer and restaurant just across the road was excellent

Très bien, attention à la premier impression.
Pros:

Très bon standing , à quelques mètre de la plage. Le petit déjeuner est génial, la piscine très bien aussi. Les chambres sont magnifique et la vue exceptionnelle. La possibilité de services repas et boisson est intéressante. Les dames à l’accueil sont géniales.

Cons:

Quand je suis arrivé avec ma famille, en bus de nuit, très mauvais accueil d’un homme derrière le comptoir. Alors que les hôtesses d’accueils sont vraiment génial, l’homme qui nous a accueilli était vraiment pas sympa du tout. Surtout qu’on était très fatigué de ce voyage, aucune empathie . Ça m’a fait une tres mauvaise impression au début. Heureusement qu’après tout était parfait.

Pros:

Staff: I was greeted by Miss Hông Gâm at the reception desk. She appeared very well-dressed and professional. Beautiful smile. Spoke perfect English. She also came to check on me before I checked out as I had inadvertently overslept!
Interior: Very clean rooms. Extremely quiet and well-equipped. Modern, spacious layout.
Service: The housekeeping and room service staff were very efficient and prompt with their responses to my requests.

Cons:

The food portions from both the room service menu and breakfast buffet were low on meat content, therefore lacking in protein (which is something I require a lot of each day).
Also, there was an unusual smell coming from the air conditioner when switched on.
