The breakfast was good and the room was large Great king bed nice and firm the Chinese restaurant in the hotel is certainly very good and reasonable prices, the craft beer and restaurant just across the road was excellent

Très bon standing , à quelques mètre de la plage. Le petit déjeuner est génial, la piscine très bien aussi. Les chambres sont magnifique et la vue exceptionnelle. La possibilité de services repas et boisson est intéressante. Les dames à l’accueil sont géniales.
Quand je suis arrivé avec ma famille, en bus de nuit, très mauvais accueil d’un homme derrière le comptoir. Alors que les hôtesses d’accueils sont vraiment génial, l’homme qui nous a accueilli était vraiment pas sympa du tout. Surtout qu’on était très fatigué de ce voyage, aucune empathie . Ça m’a fait une tres mauvaise impression au début. Heureusement qu’après tout était parfait.
Located opposite the beach and within walking distance of the town centre, this hotel Is clean and comfortable. It has two restaurants and a rooftop bar that allows you to watch the sunset over the mountains.
Staff: I was greeted by Miss Hông Gâm at the reception desk. She appeared very well-dressed and professional. Beautiful smile. Spoke perfect English. She also came to check on me before I checked out as I had inadvertently overslept!
Interior: Very clean rooms. Extremely quiet and well-equipped. Modern, spacious layout.
Service: The housekeeping and room service staff were very efficient and prompt with their responses to my requests.
The food portions from both the room service menu and breakfast buffet were low on meat content, therefore lacking in protein (which is something I require a lot of each day).
Also, there was an unusual smell coming from the air conditioner when switched on.

Accueil chaleureux. Un personnel très attentionné toujours disponible. Un service au top. Chambre spacieuse et propre avec balcon et vue panoramique sur l'océan. Grand choix au petit déjeuner dans une grande salle très agréable. Grande et belle piscine. Hotel face à la grande plage. Localisation proche de la plage et de restaurants. Nous avons loué un scooter à l'accueil sans difficulté. Le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute et aidant. Nous y avons passé 6 nuits et c'était vraiment agréable..

The thing I don’t like Check-in receptionists at Fleur de Lys Hotel Quy Nhon acting like custom officer & attitude. I has been checked in 6 hotels in VN so far from South to North no Hotel’s ask for proof of e-visa. my overseas passport also have VN custom entry stamped and valid date still not satisfied the Fleur de Lys Hotel receptionist I asked her why wanting to see my printed e-visa she said F.D.L hotel policy! So went through my phone searching for electronic e-visa presented to the receptionist then she took my phone show to other staff member… I was not happy with the way but just keep calm. I hope Fleur de Lys Hotel managements take that seriously look into that matter… No customer’s happy paid for the stay & F.D.L hotel receptionists act like custom officer at check-in.
Fantastic hotel in a great location, close to all seafood restaurants and beach bars. Our room was amazing clean with ocean views. Special thanks to the girls at the front desk for organising everything for us, from money exchange to trips to temples
And our driver for stopping and getting fresh coconut. We had a great stay and the spa is also a must try great value. Breakfast buffet good as well with omelettes and soups station.
If you like pools in hotels, it’s too close to the entrance but beautiful beach across the road

Good location.. right in front of the beach . Close to all amenities and local food. Highly recommended . Good value for money. Clean clean inside and outside. Room look a bit old but can be improved
