Good low priced stay - comfy beds.
Pros:

decent location and the beds were very comfortable. AC worked really well hot and cold.

The communication of the staff was some of the best I’ve had.

Cons:

The pillows and wardrobe needed a clean.

Есть ванная, но набрать ее невозможно, потому что бойлер - проточный, не успевает нагревать воду.

Loved the upgrade and staff, but the loud AC made it hard to rest
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Even though we booked a Standard Double Basement room, they kindly upgraded us to a Queen Room with a hydro-massage tub and a sauna! The room was clean and the location of the hotel is excellent for getting around.

Cons:

Since the room was in the basement, it felt a bit stuffy. The ventilation was running, but it was somewhat noisy. However, the main issue was the air conditioning—it sounded like a washing machine! It was so loud that we had to choose between being cold or trying to sleep through the noise, which made it quite difficult to get a good night's rest.

Amazing apartment, perfect location, kind stuff! 10/10
Pros:

Apartment, location, view, hygiene, people that works there. I mean wow - hard to find, not hard to find for that price, hard to find for any price. 10/10

Cons:

This is pretty subjective, not that I didn’t like it, it is simply their policy - 11 AM checkout was a bit too early for me.

Die Zimmer befinden sich im Keller ohne Tageslicht

Ständig nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen

Wasserkochen hat man nur auf Mehrfacher frage erhalten

Das Frühstück ist nicht im selben Gebäude gab immer Probleme mit den Essenmarken so das wir es selber bezahlt haben
Und die Erstattung wurden wir verschont und müsste mit den Chef geklärt werden
Ohne Erfolg also sind wir auf den Kosten hängen gelassen

A la suite d'un problème technique dans ma chambre, l'hôtel m'en a donné une autre, plus grande et sans frais supplémentaires. L'emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de l'église Saint Mark et du restaurant Saint Mark Place. Merci encore et à bientôt sans doute. Hvala, vidimo se.

Bien pour un séjour chill
Pros:

L’hôtel est tes bien situé à proximité des monuments. Le sauna et jacuzzi sont un vrai plus. Pas de problème avec le fonctionnement des appareils et mobilier (hormis l’eau chaude). Le personnel est vraiment agréable.

Cons:

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre juste des leds placés derrière un rideau en guise de lumière naturelle. Le fonctionnement derrière l’eau chaude est embêtant et les finitions de la chambre sont à revoir.

Personale gentile

Cons:

Camera fredda, poco pulita e con pochi punti di appoggio. Non corrisponde alle foto. Bagno e doccia scomodissimi: meglio un camper. Ma soprattutto non funziona bene l'acqua calda, quindi non si può usare la vasca e la doccia è fredda.

Zimmer war in Keller konntest du nicht schlafen ,Klein drekig ohne Toiletten papira ohne Stuhlen dreckigen Tassen und Glasen, Wasserkocher voll mit Kalk und oben am Rand ganz viel Schimmel
