Već prvom boravku smo dobili unapređenje sobe, što je bio zaista sjajan početak! Posebno želimo da istaknemo Pedju, koji je bio izuzetno ljubazan i simpatičan i učinio naš boravak još prijatnijim.

Pristup apartmanima je bio veoma jednostavan i moguć u bilo koje vreme (24/7), što nam je bilo jako praktično. Soba je bila prostrana, lepo uređena, a kada u sobi je stvorila posebno romantičnu atmosferu. Pogled na ulicu ima svoj šarm, a lokacija blizu centra je veliki plus.

Rado ćemo se ponovo vratiti!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and very comfortable.

A special thanks to Mr. Pedja, who was an outstanding host — kind, helpful, and always available when needed. He really made the experience even better.

I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Relaxing time for spouses but communication could use some improvement
Pros:

The sauna and hot tub in the bedroom were relaxing and it was a good experience to share with my spouse. The bed was also very comfortable and despite no windows in the room, the light panels fixed like windows do a good job at simulating some day light. Good location with a maximum of 20-30 minute walk to all major sightseeing spots and museums. It makes for a fine few days of small luxuries on a budget. We did 3 nights there and the rest of our trip at another place and I think that was a good decision.

Cons:

Communication could have been better. Any messages I sent the hotel via booking went unanswered and we were not told the airport shuttle was not working until we called the hotel the day of our arrival. The day we left our key so cleaners could come in, we came back later than expected and never got communication on where to pick up our key again. We called the same number we did for the airport shuttle and we did manage to solve the issue, but I think if guests will be asked to drop their keys at any point (which is something I have not experienced from hotels in over 20 years), there should be clearer communication on where to get it after if returning later in the night. The cleaning done was also not very thorough and seemed limited to making the bed.

Hotel is amazing i spend 6 nights in here and it was special. Beds are comfortable bath tub is amazing. Ligthning in the is amazing. View is stunning looking directly to st.marks church.
