Cons:

Velmi neochotný personál, zařízení i atmosféra hotelu jak z dob hlubokého komunismu. Roztřepené špinavé ručníky, hlasitá hudba pod oknem pokoje až do 22h, ozývající se z prázdné hotelové restaurace. Ráno jsem odjel bez snídaně tak rychle, jak to jen šlo.

Pros:

Location was quiet and relatively convenient, located along a few bus routes and right across from two convenience stores.

Service was fine. Staff mostly had a working grasp of English.

The breakfast left a bit to be desired. I did not have dinner at the hotel restaurant so I cannot comment on it.

As for rooms, they weren't great overall. The fridge was partially stocked with a mini bar selection. The toilets are in separate rooms from the sink and shower, so you invariably have to touch door handles between using the restroom and washing your hands. The shower also has no shower curtain, so it's difficult to avoid water getting everywhere. The shower vent fan also only works when you are actively pressing the switch, which makes it rather useless, as you can't physically hold the switch down to prevent the room from steaming over while you're in the shower. The tap is impossibly finnicky. The water is either room temperature or scalding hot, and sometimes you move the handle further in one direction and the temperature goes the other way. It's genuinely an enigma. You are also only provided with one "hand and body shampoo". Most hotels provide separate hair shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap or at least a few of these items in my experience.

The furniture also felt poorly thought out. There was no desk, only a dresser that could serve as a poor substitute. There was no chair, only an uncomfortable folding stool.

Room also wasn't very clean on arrival.

Pros:

We overpaid by atleast twice as much for this room. Toilet and sink are in different rooms,shower has no curtain and beds are literally hard as a board. We requsted privacy with our door hanger in place at all times and on two occasions rhe Manager went in our room when we weren't there.we moved to a different hotel.very overpriced for all reasons

Nice staff but terrible facilities
Pros:

Very nice , friendly and helpful staff, both reception and at breakfast.
Bed was hard, but thats what I like.
bathtube in the bathroom.
breakfast not spectacular but OK

Cons:

Shower basically unusable- either cold , or boiling hot water, no possibility to adjust.
Hotel wifi somehow compromised - my laptop could not open any sites, because it was getting messages about unsecure connection (never happened before anywhere else)
Very rund down room.
Ice cold in the room.
Very worn and dirty (spots, perhaps not washable) bed sheets.
Bathroom taps etc. in terrible condition (rust, mold)
Very bad and limited parking opportunity on the street.
TV smaller than a laptop screen (a joke)
Price completely unproportionate to standard.

Pros:

Wir hatten die Suite gebucht. es war sauber und auch nicht wenig Platz. aber Restaurant war gut und auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Unterkunft ist sicher nicht auf dem neuesten Stand weswegen es ein wenig abgelebt gewirkt hat.
