The rooms and interior amazing

Cons:

No milk provided - had to buy our own milk for coffee and tea
I was charged extra 45 euros - unknown tax upon check in. I am still waiting for a refund for this unknown charge.


Break fast here is terrible. We were just served couple bread slices and jams. We have requested an omelette and then they have served us. Really disappointed. It’s terrible compared to full breakfast included places in Santorini we had stayed.

Grosse déception, le site ne reflète pas l'expérience vécue
Pros:

Suzana l'employée de l'hôtel est une femme formidable qui est au petits soins pour les clients. Elle se soucie de notre confort et est très attentionnée.

Cons:

Le manque de sérieux de la part du manager : nous lui avons signalé dès le début de notre séjour que nous n'avions pas d’eau chaude dans notre chambre, et sommes restés 3 jours dans cet inconfort. De plus, il devait nous donner une réponse pour une excursion que nous voulions faire mais nous avons terminé notre séjour sans qu'il nous ait recontacté.

The view was amazing. While I enjoyed the music from nearby restaurants I could see it not being to other people’s liking or even disruptive if you go to bed early. The condition of the room was decent, but the TV didn’t function, and the WiFi was spotty. Also, be aware that the shower water takes several minutes to warmup.

The staff was excellent and kind but the property needs an update

There was mold on the couches chairs, the window was broken so water was leaking theough, trash found in the couch (tampon), apparent mold on ironing board, sheets were dirty

The perfect place for a short stay with family
Pros:

The thing we liked the most was the view from our room of the caldera – it’s something truly beautiful. On top of that, the jacuzzi, which is heated and has its water changed, and the beautiful apartment itself.

Cons:

Things that definitely need improvement are the lack of quick responses to messages – no one even told us the breakfast times or the WiFi password. We only found out from other guests, as there was no one at the reception the entire time.

Availability and flexibility of the staff to accommodate guests needs. Room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Breakfast is not buffet, but still very good quality. The best part was my bedroom terrace, which had a espectacular view over the caldera - I don't think I could have asked for a better view.

Cons:

My TV had no signal during the whole stay, luckily was able to connect to internet and use online streaming. Shower water system is a bit slow on heating up - had to run the water way earlier before starting to shower to get hot water, which is a big waste. Some lights and electrical plugs in the room would not work.

The place is clean, quiet, and well-kept. Alex is very nice and helpful, and the staff are kind too. The location is decent – there’s a bus running about every 30 minutes in the summer that takes you to Fira, and from there you can go anywhere on the island.

We didn’t have a sea view (not sure if some rooms do), but if you can, I recommend booking one – it would make the stay even more special, especially for the sunset.

A couple of small drawbacks: you’ll need some luck to get a steam iron, so it would be better if each room had its own. Also, I’d suggest the hotel refills water bottles daily after room service – it’s inexpensive, and for a 5-day stay it would only cost around €10 total (even less if bought in bulk).

Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly staff and a quiet atmosphere – just a few small improvements could make it perfect.

Pros:

The rooftop wading pool was a real highlight. It’s not big enough for swimming, but perfect for a quick dip between lunch and drinks. Tables were free to use, while loungers (€20 minimum spend for two with an umbrella) and cabanas (€40, which easily covered lunch and a couple of drinks) were well worth it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the location was excellent — just a 10-minute walk to the metro, with a direct line to the airport and easy access to the Acropolis and Ermou Street, only three stops (about 10 minutes) away.

Vorsicht – absolut enttäuschend! Keine 5 Sterne wert

Wir haben dieses Hotel auf Santorini gebucht, weil es laut Beschreibung ein 5-Sterne-Haus sein soll. Die Bilder auf Booking sahen traumhaft aus – in Wirklichkeit war unser Aufenthalt leider eine riesige Enttäuschung.

Whirlpool gebucht – aber nie nutzbar

Wir haben extra ein Zimmer mit privatem Whirlpool gebucht und dafür deutlich mehr bezahlt. Als wir ankamen und nach der Bedienung fragten, meinte der Hotelmanager zuerst, es sei gar kein Whirlpool – nachdem ich meine Buchung zeigte, hieß es dann plötzlich doch, ja, sei einer. Aber: Das Wasser wurde an keinem einzigen Tag warm, obwohl ich mehrfach nachfragte. Immer hieß es nur: „Ich mach das gleich warm.“ – aber es passierte nie etwas. Das heißt: Wir haben für ein Extra bezahlt, das wir nicht ein einziges Mal nutzen konnten. Das Bett ist 160x180 kein kein grosses französisches doppelbett wie angegeben
Frühstück – sehr enttäuschend
Das Frühstück bestand aus
kalten Eiern vom Vortag du kriegst das nichtmal für 5€ ausserhalb. Kein Gemüse, kein Buffet, keine Karte, kein Service. Man musste alles selbst nachfragen, von alleine kam niemand. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel ist das wirklich enttäuschend.
Vertraut "Alex" nicht

Aussicht komplett anders als auf den Bildern
Online sieht man tolle Bilder vom Meer, vom Infinity-Pool, von idyllischer Atmosphäre. In der Realität: Man blickt auf einen riesigen Elektrizitätsmast. Jeden Morgen kam ein lauter Wasser-LKW, der stundenlang Lärm machte – Erholung? Keine Chance.

Kein Personal – kein Service – niemand da
Das Hotel wirkt fast wie leer. Es gibt keine Mitarbeiter, besonders abends ist niemand vor Ort. Es gibt keine Rezeption, niemanden, der hilft. Das Gepäck mussten wir komplett selbst tragen, trotz der Anlage mit vielen Stufen. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel absolut unverständlich.
