Ci ritornerei sempre.
Pros:

Struttura accogliente, confortevole e centralissima. Ottima vista panoramica su Sufetula. Ottimo bar panoramico. Bella piscina. Staff molto gentile.
Il management ha accolto positivamente e subito una nostra richiesta speciale, senza sovrapprezzo.
Molto soddisfatto.

Cons:

Il ristorante non è troppo assortito e forse con un prezzo leggermente superiore all'effettiva offerta.

La situation exceptionnelle et la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.
La propreté de la chambre.

Chambre plutôt propre, personnel sympa et proche du site archéologique.

Cons:

L'odeur de cigarettes jusque dans les chambres, le bruit tard le soir, la qualité du buffet, pas grand chose pour un prix vraiment élevé je trouve. Petit déjeuner très limité également.

In generale un po tutto.
Servizio non all'altezza. In piscina mancavano i lettini o qualsiasi cosa per potersi sedere/sdraiare.
Colazione veramente pessima, si salvavano solo le brioches e lo yogurt confezionato.
Camere vecchie, con letti scomodissimi e la doccia senza soffione.
Insomma 3 stelle viste col binocolo.

If you're visiting the archaeological site in Sbeitla, this hotel is in a perfect location. Our windows and balcony had a perfect view of the ruins, which was great to see at sunset.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean, functional, and spacious.

The breakfast was ok, there's a general lack of salty things in breakfast in Tunisia. Just like everyone else, they offer butter, jam, and some other sweets. And boiled eggs.

Cons:

This was the only place in Tunisia that didn't offer any help with arranging a taxi. No one has to, of course, but in each and every other place, everyone was super helpful (and not scamming you at all, just genuinely helping). When we called them one evening, the guy on the phone was so keen on not offering any kind of help. We arrived there somehow the next day, and the young woman at the reception then treated us very nicely, maybe it was just one person the day before.

Anyways, be in the know that you have to arrange your transportation to and from Sbeitla not depending on them at all. Other than this, as a hotel only, the place is just very good.

Personnel charmant mais hôtel vieillissant

Nous avons passé une nuit au Sufetula Hotel, qui est très bien placé avec vu sur le site archéologique de Sbeitla. Le personne est charmant, très accueillant et à l’écoute !

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était un petit peu décevant (viennoiseries sèches, œufs trop cuits notamment) mais il y avait la quantité !
L’hôtel est un peu vieillissant, la porte vitrée de notre chambre était cassée, on sentait l’air passer et étant au rez-de-chaussée ce n’était pas très sécurisant!
