The hosts, Artemis & Coskun, are fantastic, lovely people, extremely helpful & a pleasure to stay with.
We stayed in The Honeymoon suite & it was lovely, interesting shapes, colours and energy which created a unique experience. This is a real boutique hotel experience in the middle of a very touristy area.
The breakfasts were next level amazing, we aren't vegan btw!
The location is great for Fira.

Highly recommended would 100% advise others to stay here!

The owners were lovely and really went out of their way to make sure everything was as good as possible.
The breakfast was the best, everything homemade, traditionally greek and plentiful. Makes the best possible start to each day.

Unser Aufenthalt bei den Ethos Vegan Suites war rundum perfekt. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich und warm von den Gastgebern empfangen, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen gefühlt haben. Unsere Suite entsprach nicht nur exakt den Fotos, sondern war sogar noch schöner. Stilvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Besonders die Terrasse mit Jacuzzi war ein Highlight ideal zum Entspannen und Verweilen. Alles war makellos sauber, Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, und die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Ein weiteres Highlight war das vegane Frühstück: abwechslungsreich, frisch und einfach köstlich. Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass wir unsere Frühstückszeit individuell festlegen konnten und es uns dann pünktlich, entweder auf der Terrasse oder an einem Wunschort serviert wurde.


Artemis und Coskun sind mit Abstand die herzlichsten Gastgeber, die wir kennenlernen durften. Sie nahmen sich Zeit, uns wertvolle Tipps zu geben und markierten uns sehenswerten Orte direkt auf einer Landkarte von Santorini. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt ganz besonders gemacht.

I travel frequently across Europe for both work and leisure, and I can say that my stay at Ethos Vegan Suites in Santorini was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had.
From the moment I arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Coskun, who manages the property, is an outstanding hospitality professional with a background in cruise service. He was available 24/7 and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect.

The suites themselves are immaculate—modern, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, incorporating elegant Greek architectural elements in a truly tasteful way. Every single day, the room was refreshed with new towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, a level of attention to detail that’s rare even in top-tier hotels.

The location is absolutely ideal—just 50 meters from the heart of Fira, close to all the main attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet corner that guarantees privacy and peace.

And the breakfasts on the terrace—absolutely wonderful. Delicious, balanced, and beautifully presented every morning, with fresh, local, and entirely vegan ingredients that made each start to the day a joy.

A true sanctuary of calm and comfort, right in the center of Santorini. Thanks Coskun for this unforgettable stay, we will return for sure!

The room interior and amenities are sophisticated, allowing you to relax. The staff are incredibly attentive.

We had an amazing time! Our host was extremely friendly, he made our stay very easy and comfortable. I love the room it had very natural colors. The host even helped us booking a cab to and from the airport and for christmas they left us homemade christmas cookies (again hospitality 10/10!). We had such a relaxing time! even though it was off-season, we were less than 5 minute walking from the restaurants in Fira that were open. Highly recommend this property!!

We booked a few hours before arriving, got a good price, and got an exceptional room and welcome. The owner is proactive (which is the most important thing in service!!), wants to help, explains every little detail and makes sure your stay is as good as it can get. He helped us find a really good restaurant which we didn't ask for but ended up loving it, heat up even more the jacuzzi which was already good enough just a little chilly at night because he wanted to not because we asked, helped with the luggages, transport etc etc, again, didn't ask, just he wanted to make us feel welcomed, which was super nice.

Scheduled breakfast in the room was vegan food, which we liked, even though we aren't vegans, and there was a lot of it (like it would feed 5 people easily what we had for 2, but that's almost everywhere in Greece). The jacuzzi on the private balcony from our room was lovely, I'd say it's more of a pool, again, for 5 people not 2, so as perfect as it gets. The balcony is huge btw, with sofas and sunbeds, all private just for your room.

The location is perfect, too, easily one of the best spots in Santorini. I'd say we'll definitely come back if we happen to come to Santorini again.

The room was great, very earthy feeling to it. Really clean overall including the bathroom. Bonus: the mattress was fantastic quality too! Location is very nice, all the shops/restaurants in Fira are just a few minutes walk.

But the main thing is Coskun is an exceptional host. We followed several of his suggestions about places to go and things to do and they were all spot on!

And also special mention to the breakfast we received every day. It was amazing, you could tell the work that went into preparing it, we got slightly different variations every day and they were all fantastic.

Overall it was a brilliant experience and we’re definitely going again!

The Ethos is located in Fira, close to the town square. True, it's not a villa up on the cliffs or on the beach but you have great access everywhere on the island. Also, the story of why did the owners decide to open the place in town is testament to their values and what they stand for. This was my second time staying at Ethos and it was just as good as the first time, if not better. I felt more like a friend visiting than a customer and hotel guest.

Wonderful location, so easy to explore Fira and to get to the bus station to explore the island. Our host was so wonderful, highlighting locations to visit and eat at as well as delaying our breakfast until we got back from scuba diving. Nothing was too much, honestly just wonderful. And the food was insane, different each morning, kept us full till dinner time, worth every penny.

An unforgettable vegan hotel in Santorini!
I just have to share our amazing experience at Ethos Vegan Suites in Fira. We stayed there for four nights, and it was the highlight of our trip!

The location is perfect—right in the center of town, just a one-minute walk to all the restaurants and bars, but our room was so quiet and peaceful. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a rustic-modern design that feels so fresh and clean. Everything smells amazing because they use eco-friendly products. We even had a cute cat named Ierakli who came to visit us and brighten our day!

But the real magic here is Coskun, the owner. He's absolutely incredible. He takes such good care of everything, from making sure the hotel is spotless to personally delivering our breakfast every morning. He's so warm and attentive—a truly amazing host who made us feel so special.

And the food! Oh my gosh, the food! The chef, Yona, creates a different vegan breakfast surprise every day. It’s always a sweet dish and a savory one, and every single meal was a culinary masterpiece. We were so impressed with the incredible flavors.

We loved this place so much that even after we moved to another hotel, we went back just to say goodbye to Coskun and give him a hug before our flight. For anyone going to Santorini, whether you're vegan or not, you HAVE to stay here. It's more than just a hotel; it's a heartwarming human and culinary experience that we'll never forget.
