Muy mala experiencia. El alojamiento indica que cuenta con parqueadero, pero al llegar nos encontramos con que no disponían de este servicio. Además, el pago se debe realizar por adelantado y, a pesar de que no pudimos hospedarnos debido a esta situación, no realizaron la devolución del dinero. Considero que la información publicada sobre el servicio de parqueadero debería ser clara y estar actualizada para evitar este tipo de inconvenientes a los huéspedes.

No funciona el Jacuzzi con agua caliente.
Pros:

El lugar corresponde a las fotos, hay Netflix en la habítación

Cons:

Pague por una habitación con jacuzzi y el agua no calentó bien, la solución que nos dieron era pasarnos a una habitación sin jacuzzi o pedir el reembolso(Al ser pago con tarjeta se demora más). No había jabón en la habitación. (Deberían verificar que lo que ofrecen si funcione antes de entregar la habitación o exigir el pago)
