Lástima el ruido y sin agua caliente
Pros:

En términos generales el hotel estaba bien

Cons:

Salimos a comer, llegamos a las 9 de la noche, estaba cerrado y casi no nos dejan entrar. Se dañó la caldera, pasaron toda la noche arreglándola y haciendo mucho ruido llamándose entre ellos a gritos. Al despertar no había agua caliente, en Tunja.

todo esta bien, buena ubicacion, el personal muy amable. habitacion limpial, la cama es muy comoda, el baño limpio.

Cons:

Como el restaurante está en el primer piso, todo el ruido se escapa por el vacio que hay hacia los otros pisos

La atención del personal es correcto; son amables y están atentos a cualquier requerimiento. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y las camas son cómodas. Además, tienen muy buena iluminación y ventilación.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos nos informaron que no habían toallas disponibles y que podíamos pedirlas al día siguiente, pero dado que era una estancia corta (1 noche) y haríamos el check-out temprano, terminamos utilizando la misma toalla. También echamos de menos algunos elementos en la habitación como un pequeño refrigerador o un secador de pelo.
