Excelente alojamiento con todo tipo de comodidades. Desayuno excepcional, jardín precioso para relajarse en las sillas o tomar el sol. En la habitación, la cama es comodísima, las almohadas también. Lavabo completo. Personal muy amable. Lo hemos pasado de lujo.

Love the hotel. Take a book to the restaurant.
Pros:

A beautiful mountain retreat high in the Pyrenees above the clamour & horror of Andorra la Vella. The welcome was warm and friendly, the room peaceful with lovely cotton bedding and a view of high mountains. Breakfast was good and varied.

Cons:

The hotel was splendid but the associated restaurant, rated by Michelin, kept us waiting for almost an hour for a simple meal.

- clean and big rooms with comfortable beds and great showers
- helpful staff
- clean and nice spa area

Cons:

- Would be good with a fan in the room in the summer months
- no mini fridge in the room
- loud garden water sprinkler system started spitting out water at 5am in the morning and due to no fan in the room we had to have the windows open so we woke up by this. Set it to start a bit later so in the morning to not disturb sleep for guests

Tolles Hotel, Kommunikation könnte besser sein.
Pros:

Tolle Lage in der Natur ausserhalb des Verkehrs. Die Anlage ist perfekt zum Entspannen und hat hohe Qualitätsstandards.

Cons:

Keine Kommunikation das der Pool nicht verfügbar war und es keine Möglichkeit für ein Abendessen gab (Bar geschlossen). Wenn man nach einer langen Reise nicht mehr raus möchte ist dies sehr unglücklich.
