Skylight In-Terminal Hotel

It's a Sauna. And it's like jail. No fresh air, majority of room have no windows. So if you feel like you want to spend a few hours in a sauna, with jail like conditions, then this is your place. Shame on you Ethiopian Airlines for treating your Business Class customers in this way.

Everything was good, and breakfast was included. To reach the hotel from the transfer terminal, it’s a quick 5-10 minute walk—just follow the signs (clearer ones would be nice). Need to pass through security again to the hotel.

These are dishonest people. It is very convenient to have an in-terminal hotel, but since this is a monopoly owned by the airline, they can and will do whatever they want.

It was a very posh hotel room. New interior, great bathroom, and crisp fluffy bedding. It is INSIDE the international terminal so you do NOT have to go through customs to go there. The entrance to the hotel is literally right beside the "B" gates in International departures. We were leaving from gate B3 and it was right there. We stayed here during a long layover between international flights.

Very impressive property until you dig beyond appearance. Spent 6 hours there during. a long layover in Addis Ababa airport. New and shiny but with some basic problems in our room. To begin, the large TV would not show any programs or movies. Then tried to shower and found NO HOT WATER. Sucked it up and showered but then found NO HAIR DRYER! Started to shave but found the SINK DID NOT DRAIN!
Since we were leaving in a few minutes, did not try and change rooms. When we advised the front desk on Check Out we were told Tough Luck! Not our fault that water was not hot. Should have called about other problems despite short time window. You MAY be lucky here, but expect the worst.

They did not accept the layover voucher and thus had to go spend 86 usd on dinner at the airport.

I stayed at the Skylight hotel three times this summer. Service was exceptional. My room was great. The front desk staff is superb. I would also like to compliment Nat, who is an outstanding server in the Tiny Italian restaurant. He is very friendly and does a fantastic job as a server. Great job!

Always convenient when in transit.

For 2 of us, there was only one bath and one hand towel. The phone did not indicate how to call the reception; zero nor asterisk worked. The shower stone floor is very slippery.

A peaceful and welcoming sanctuary after a long journey. The skylight in-terminal hotel is a beautiful place to stay, crisp linen, immaculately clean rooms, cool aircon and peaceful. I loved our stay here. The warm hospitality of the hotel and delicious breakfast made for a memorable stay and we were refreshed for the next leg of our journey! Don't hesitate it's a wonderful hotel and very convenient in the terminal.

Convient location inside airport terminal. The room is spacious and bed comfortable. However, the amenities are inadequate and tv wasn't switching off.

A very good option if you doesn't want to go outside from airport and stay in Transit area to avoid visa problems.

I was so happy with the professionalism of workers in the restaurant in particular Mr yibeltal; a special attention is given to clients and this is very important. Advising clients in the selection of foods and drinks is much appreciated. The food in the restaurant is also varied and tasty.

I’ve reached the hotel this morning and very tired and hungry, so i decided to go at the restaurant for a breakfast so I met a gentleman there as a Waiter named Biruk Shiferaw.
He offered a very good service and especially time and smile.
