Super relaxing with gorgeous sea views, and amazing staff!!
Pros:

Beautiful resort, with all the facilities you’d need to completely relax. Beautiful beaches with stunning sunset views. Food was good, but could have used more variety. The room itself was nice and spacious, kept clean throughout our stay and had amazing view of the sea.

Cons:

Finding out that we have to book 2 days in advance for the thematic restaurants was a bit unexpected.

Tesis genel olarak her şeyi ile beklendilerimizi karşıladı. Personeller güler yüzlüydü.
Yemekler temiz ve lezzetli idi, odalar temizdi, sahili güzeldi ve etklinlikleri eğlenceli idi.

Pros:

Incredible incredible staff who are always kind and energetic! I have never seen hotel staff like this ever!!


Beautiful scenery.

Incredible food options.

Cons:

I liked everything, just a little complaint is that their coffee was not strong enough for me. I wish they get coffee from Ethiopia or latin America.

Pros:

Staff educado e amáveis. Todos foram maravilhosos. Cantaram Parabéns no meu aniversário e minha cama tinha decoração. Cheguei mais cedo vôo vindo de Londres pude deixar minhas malas e usar áreas comuns até horário de check in.

Cons:

Infelizmente o serviço prestado pelo Senhor Elias de fotografia deixou muito a desejar. Ele me foi indicado na recepção.
Serviço extremamente caro que não atendeu minhas expectativas. Foi muito frustante não ter o resultado esperado. Minhas fotos e vídeos não atendetam minhas expectativas. As memórias do meu aniversário foi arruinada. Estou totalmente desapontada.

Some of the services highlighted during the booking process were unfortunately not available physically upon arrival. For example, the spa was indicated as part of the service offering during booking, however this was not the case. It would be helpful if the advertised amenities accurately reflected the actual services available to guests to better manage expectations and enhance the customer experience.
