Pros:

Krásny hotel plný zelene. Nádherná pláž s lehátkami pod palmami. Výborné jedlo, veľký výber. Úžasný personál, všade milí ľudia.

Cons:

Možno večer trochu pestrejší kultúrny program. Ale inak bolo všetko tip-top

Pros:

L’emplacement, la vue de la chambre extraordinaire sur la mer, la gentillesse du personnel qui sont toujours souriant

Pas de fruit de mer dans le buffet
Et quand on n’est arrivée le personnel de la réception ne nous as pas expliqué le fonctionnement de l’hôtel ce qui et dommage

Pros:

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, gyönyörű partszakasz a hotel előtt, végtelenül kedves személyzet. az ellátás 5 * volt. Nem a főépületben voltunk 3 felnőtt okán, hanem a lapos melléképületek egyikében, tökéletes volt. Biztonsági őrök parton, medencénél, étteremnél is kedvesek, odafigyelőek. Az árusok, maszájok is kedvesek, nem tolakodóak és a homokos napozórészre már nem jöhetnek fel.

Cons:

A szoba teraszának a takarítása kimaradt 11 napon keresztül, valamint a terasz előtti - alsó épület teteje - fekete borítás kevésbé illik az amúgy gyönyörű virágos környezetbe.

Dla lubiących formułę All inclusive- idealny.
Pros:

Wszystko działa jak w zegarku. Czysto, sprawnie. Mnóstwo personelu, mimo dużej ilości osób bez problemu można dostać wszystko na co ma się ochotę. Bez problemu z leżakami na plaży czy basenie.

Cons:

Będąc w takim hotelu trudno poczuć klimat prawdziwej Afryki. Wielkość hotelu nieco przytłacza.

וואו מלון מטורף, אין מצב לבקר בזניבר בלי לשהות שם לפחות 3 לילות אני חושב ש5-6 לילות ממצא את המקום אלא אם אתם ממש אוהבים לרבוץ על החוף ובבריכה :). האוכל מעולה ובכמויות מטורפות, הבר שבבריכה אדיר...בלילנו שם רוב היום, יש מכונת גלידה אמריקאית והכל חופשי! והצוות פשוט שירותי מעל ומעבר

מלון עצום ובהתאם גם כמות האנשים קחו בחשבון, יחסית יקר לעומת שאר המלונות באזור אבל שווה לדעתי כלכך!

Sono stato a gennaio 2026 al Riu Jambo e voglio condividere la mia esperienza con i turisti e con l’organizzazione. Premetto che mi sono trovato molto bene, sia con il mangiare che con il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura è nuova molto bella curata nei particolari.

Cons:

Devo segnalare una situazione negativa, nel bar Karibu è concesso fumale. Per me che non sono fumatore trovarmi in un posto pieno di fumo è il modo peggiore per vivere il dopo pranzo tra l’altro al bar si consumano anche alimenti mentre in tutto il mondo é vietato fumare. Alla sera il bar Karibu era meta di relax dopo i pranzi per un caffè o anche per fare una partita a carte e chiacchierare con amici ma l’ambiente non lo permetteva. Ho segnalato alla reception il caso ma non è stato minimamente preso in considerazione.
L’assembramento di fumatori ci hanno reso l’aria irrespirabile e costretti a spostarci altrove.
Non ci vuole molto, basterebbe dedicare aree adibite ai fumatori e dove si consumano bevande e alimenti vietarlo.
Al di là di questo problema vorrei dare alla Direzione un piccolo consiglio quello di migliorare la strada che porta all’Hotel, immettendosi dalla strada principale verso il Riu Jambo la strada é completamente piena di buche, quasi impraticabile, biglietto da visita negativo, peccato.
Valuto il resort 1 stella solo perché non sono stati rispettati i non fumatori per il resto Top eccellente.
