Reception staff Indian or sirikankan type fellow with too much attitude who sits behinds reception desk its visible when you check in and I requested receptionist for room shifting as it was some mistake while doing booking but he was simply saying this is not possible while myself i own a hotel in zanzibar I know how to use booking.com as operator what u understood is he was busy doing his other work and he didn't wanted to be disturbed luckily a lady called trisha if not mistaken she can like an angle and sorted my issue in 5 min only actually I had plans to stay for 2 nights but after this incident me and my family we were disappointed I had taken 3 rooms hospitality is very important in tourism

Per noi non è stato possibile organizzare il transfer con l'hotel nonostante le numerose mail. Dopo la seconda non hanno più risposto e non ho abbiamo ricevuto conferma.
In realtà non ha rappresentato un grosso problema perchè abbiamo preso un taxi all'aeroporto pagando anche meno rispetto alla prima offerta dell'albergo (ovviamente dopo contrattazione che consiglio).
Rimane comunque un disservizio.
Molti masai sulla spiaggia che vogliono vendere merce di continuo, rendendo alcune volte meno rilassanti i momenti in spiaggia.

Resepsiyon gerçekten çok kötüydü. İlk gün thy uçağının saatinden dolayı sabah 7:00de otel olacağımızı bildirmiştik. Otele gittiğimizde 15:00a kadar bizi kesinlikle odaya alamayacaklarını söylediler. Erken check-in için fark ödemek istediğimizi çok çok yorgun olduğumuzu söyledik. Otelin dolu olduğunu ve bunun mümkün olmadığını söyleyip bizi resepsiyonda bir koltuğa oturttular. 1 saat sonra resepsiyon görevlisi yanımıza gelip eğer ona bahşiş verirsek bize odaya ayarlayabileceğini söyledi. Mecbur verdik ve odamıza yerleştik. Diğer günlerde de ne zaman resepsiyondan birşey talep etsek yapılmadı. İlk gün çarşaflar kirli diye değişim istedim değiştirmediler. Riu otel uygulaması üzerinden yazılı talepte bulununca değiştirdiler. Bir gece klimamız odamızı soğutmayınca aradık destek talep ettik. Kimse gelmedi. Ne zaman resepsiyonu arasak halleceğiz diye cevap verip sadece telefonu kapattılar. Gideceklere önerim mutlaka ama mutlaka otelim uygulamasını indirip taleplerini uygulama üzerinden yazılı yapması yoksa asla ama asla uygulanmıyor. Anladığım kadarıyla sürekli bir bahşiş beklentisi var. Böyle zincir bir otelin çalışanlarına yakışmayan bir tutumdu.
