השירות מעולה, הרצון לעזור ולספק היה יוצא דופן. החדרים גדולים, חוף הים מדהים, הבריכות ובקיצור כמעט הכל יוצא מהכלל.
הברים בבריכה, הבר בלובי שפתוח 24 שעות. ספורט ימי בשפע. בקיצור מעולה!

הארוחות היוה החלק החלש יותר במקום הזה. לא בדיוק לחיך הישראלי. די חוזרות על עצמן. שום דבר לא היה וואו...במקרים מסוימים אפילו הוגש אוכל מסוים של יום אתמול או חזרה מלאה שלו יומיים רצוף

Pros:

A comida é excelente, buffet variado com inúmeras opções; limpeza tanto dos quartos quanto de todo o resort impecáveis; os funcionários são educadíssimos e a praia do resort é muito boa. Fizeram até uma comemoração de aniversário para meu marido com bolo e um vinho de presente. Foi tudo maravilhoso. Com certeza me hospedaria lá novamente.

Fantastic!
Pros:

The beach area is very nice, the sea in front of the hotel is crystal clear. There were plenty of food options at the main buffet restaurant and the food was tasty. The staff was very friendly and make us feel welcomed. We enjoyed our stay at the Riu Jambo very much!
