Tsaakik Jungle Hotel & Spa - Adults only

Like many places off the typical path in Mexico, getting to Tsaakik, and the surrounding area was a little sketchy. Once we got inside the gates, the place was a "gem in the jungle". Maryella and her brother Alex were fantastic and so helpful! Would recommend this Gem to everyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Friendly staff

It is not a beach property, about 12 miles from the beaches, but it is a beautiful, peaceful, jungle garden, and the staff do their best for you to enjoy your stay.

This was our favorite place that we stayed on our trip. The owners were so nice and the grounds were stunning. The rooms have everything you would need and the spa was excellent. The hotel is located in the “wealthier” neighborhood of Cancun and surrounded by mansions - and very close to the airport. Will definitely stay here again when we go back!

The most wonderful surprise hotel with the most wonderful staff and food. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience that was so peaceful and so convenient for my trip to Cancun. Do not think twice about it. Book this hotel if you are going to Cancun and want a place that will treat you like you are at home an make you feel like you are at home. It’s so close to the beaches but far enough where you can retreat and relax.

I really enjoy it being in this place . Me and my husband was very happy , especially from Angela, Isabel and Mariel. Who did everything to accommodated us in everything , it was fantastic. I really had a little bit of peace .and The stuff is outstanding. 3 women’s that it make the difference on this trip

Lovely hospitality and a quiet spot for rest and relaxation in Cancun

This place is beautiful, with flowers, exotic plants, and birds everywhere. The landscaping on the hotel makes your room and most of the areas private and quiet. It is ideal for couples or just relaxing, as was the case with my mother.
The food was healthy and delicious.
We received kindness, smiles, and friendly greetings from each employee we saw. Angie and Mariel made us feel like a family in our house.

The person working the desk has a hookup with taxi driver that they use to overcharge you. Set you owe transportation up to the airport

Very beautiful property with very kind staff.

the staff is nice and the amenities are great but anytime you need to get in and out of the property you have to get the attention of one of the staff members who are rarely at the front of the property. one night i stepped out into the city and came back at 3am just to wait outside the property in my rental until someone heard my car horn. mind you the property is not in a safe area and is away from main roads

Very picturesque property, but expensive for feeling trapped onsite in a bad neighborhood. Food and massage were subpar yet very expensive. Felt like I did not get value for my money and while the two staffers who lived onsite were nice, I would not stay again nor would I recommend anyone stay there. No one else was there during my stay, it was odd. Nice staff.

This is a beautiful, tucked away gem. The staff, particularly Angie, and the owner, Arturo, were very attentive and accomodating. It's a 20-30 minute ride to the Hotel Zone depending on traffic, but the tranquility at Tsaakik was worth the distance.

The property and staff were great but it’s like there was only a couple people staying there and didn’t want to run the hot tub sauna or all the cool fountains they have

The resort Is very peaceful and has beautiful gardens and pool. Staff is extremely friendly making you feel welcome. Very nice resort. The place is secluded, away from noise and the crowds of tourist. The rooms are beautiful. The surrounding area to the resort is not as well kept, road is not paved. If you travel to stay in resort you will be fine. If you expect to leave resort public transportation is limited to the down town and shopping areas and best to use a cab. Over all it is a very peaceful and beautiful setting in a gated environment.

It was a great little Zen zone we happen to be the only ones there for that day and night and couldn’t of asked for anything better!!

I stayed at the Tsaakik Jungle Hotel & Spa in August 2022, and the staff was very accommodating, and the rooms were very clean. Right at the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality. Overall, I was truly pleased.
