You get what you pay for - don´t expect too much
Pros:

Nice stuff, supportive when needed. Close to the long distance bus stations to leave Kampala

Cons:

First room had techno lights (lamps were blinking quickly), no water flow in shower
Second room had light, more water, but AC was not working
THird room had all amenities (on lowest level), water for showering was used up after my usage
Breakfast was good: But coffee machine broken, and last but not least the evevator was not working when leaving (walk down 3 stair flights)

I had to wait for breakfast, and I did not receive my correct order. Offal was not enjoyed.

Other staff Janet so cooperative and Ashraf in restaurant is also too good. Hotel should reward them
Pros:

The hotel is spacious and in secured area with supermarket and mosque just few yards away.
Overall it's good but rates are little bit high compare with the property.

Cons:

Receptionist named Marine or Marium, should not be at reception or need training to deal with guest. She gave me pain twice and I just spoke with her twice only

Pros:

The facility is located in the heart of Kampala with good access to most of the business centre areas. Clean and serves the purpose.

Cons:

The booking conversion of USD to UGX seems to be exaggerated especially when paying online
