• Reception Hours: Our Reception Office is located on the 2nd floor and is open for check-in
and guest services from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Self Check-In: For your convenience, a Self Check-In Kiosk is accessible 24/7 in the
communal entrance, available from 3:00 PM onwards.
Identification & Payment
• Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card.
Please note that any Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional

Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at The Central Kirchberg. Noncompliance with this
policy will result in a €250fine. A designated smoking area is available in the communal
garden on the 4th floor or at the entrance of our building.
Quiet Hours
• To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly request that quiet hours are
observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Security Damage Deposit
• A security damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be preauthorized
on your credit card and is fully refundable post-inspection, within 7 days after
check-out.

Location is great. Hotel is brand new and the room was very big for two people. Excellent experience, recommended.

We were there for 7 days and had a 1 bed studio on the 3rd floor.
The rooms are very clean and decently sized with all the kitchenware one needs to manage basics. Layout is good, nice big TV and full size windows that were much needed in the summer. A tower fan (very powerful) was in the room. Very thoughtful of them.
Location wise it’s alright. It not close to the old city at all. But there are 4 bus stops, 2 of which are right outside and the other 2 are 3min walk that will get you anywhere fairly quickly.
Theres a massive grocery store, Auchan in a shopping mall about 20 min walk or 10 min bus ride. There are some nice bars and restaurants around the mall too. Besides that there are few eateries around the apartment block.
There’s a very nice small gym inside too.
Will recommend it.
There were 2 coffee pods and 2 tea bags and 2 toilet rolls for 2 of us for 7 days. I am not sure if they expected us to buy coffee pods and toilet rolls but I did go and ask for more toilet rolls and they did give 2 more.
The other aspect I did not like was that the toilet is separate and I found the process unhygienic of not having to wash my hands before touching the door handles to go from the toilet to the main bathroom to wash my hands. I did get a hand sanitizer after the 1day.
Most ApartHotels change linen once every 4 days but this place had a 7 day policy.
In the grand scheme of things the stay was very nice and memorable.

The location was great for public transport to the more lively areas, and was conveniently located for the Luxemburg marathon expo which was a few km away
It took a while to work out how to programme my key when i checked in after the reception was closed
Nice modern apartment.
Modernes Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Bushaltestellen direkt am Hotel mit guter Verbindung in die Innenstadt (10-15 Min). Sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Küche vorhanden. Bequeme Betten. Alles sauber.
