and guest services from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Self Check-In: For your convenience, a Self Check-In Kiosk is accessible 24/7 in the
communal entrance, available from 3:00 PM onwards.
Identification & Payment
• Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card.
Please note that any Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional

Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at The Central Kirchberg. Noncompliance with this
policy will result in a €250fine. A designated smoking area is available in the communal
garden on the 4th floor or at the entrance of our building.
Quiet Hours
• To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly request that quiet hours are
observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Security Damage Deposit
• A security damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be preauthorized
on your credit card and is fully refundable post-inspection, within 7 days after
check-out.

Very nice rooms and clean
When arriving at the hotel, i twisted my ankle really bad. I pushed the button to call the reception and what a awfull responses. No help whatsoever.
She just said: you need to check in on distance. No: can i help you by calliny anyone. I asked for ice or something respons:
We do not have that.
When we got in with other people we see that the elivator does not work. Calling again and conclussion: we cannot do anything, figure it out. She ecen laughed on the phone that she cannot do anything while i was having allot of pain.
Sehr gute Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und einigen Restaurants in der Nähe. Parkgarage im Haus. Unkomplizierter digitaler Check-In. Küchenausstattung neu und ausreichend.
Digitaler Key über das Handy hat nicht gut funktioniert. Wir haben mehrfache Versuche gebraucht, um die Tür zu öffnen.
