• To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly request that quiet hours are
observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Security Damage Deposit
• A security damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be preauthorized
on your credit card and is fully refundable post-inspection, within 7 days after
check-out.

Hier kann man länger wohnen
Pros:

Wir hatten zwei Apartments jeweils mit separaten Schlafzimmer auf der strassenabgewandten Seite in der obersten Etage angemietet. Beide Apartments sind einwandfrei, sehr gut ausgestattet und super ruhig. Parken in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage problemlos für akzeptable Kosten möglich. Lage des Hauses etwas außerhalb der eigentlichen Innenstadt auf dem Weg hinauf zum Kirchberg. Da ÖPNV kostenfrei in Luxemburg ist, war dies kein Problem. Zwei verschiedene Bushaltestellen sind keine 100 m vom Haus entfernt.

Cons:

Es gibt nicht viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Fussweite, höchstens einen Bäcker. Oben auf dem Kirchberc gibt es jedoch ein riesiges Einkaufszentrum mit allem, was man so braucht und vor allem auch ein tolles Lebensmittel-Geschäft.

Pros:

The place is really nice, clean, with almost easy access to the center.

Cons:

When check-in is at 15h, check-out at 10h is much too early. The only problem was the extra 25 Euros for staying until 12h (having check-out at standard time).

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Pros:

Die Ausstattung ist wirklich sehr gut... die Zimmer sind sauber, groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Von der Unterkunft aus ist das Zentrum sehr bequem mit dem Bus zu erreichen.

Cons:

Doe Küchenausstattung könnte umfangreicher sein und Verbrauchsmaterial wie Küchentücher oder Spülmaschinentabs sollten ausreichend vorrätig sein.

Guter Standort für Geschäftsreise
Pros:

Sehr sauber, einfacher Check-In und Check-Out, gute Lage, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Öffentliche Parkplätze in der Nähe, Zimmer zur Seite war ruhig, Gelegenheit zu Waschen und zu Bügeln (in einem Gemeinschaftsraum), Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Zu wenig Haken im Bad, auch wenn man mehrmals ein Appartement bucht, gibt es kein spezielles Arrangement, es ist auch nicht möglich, immer dasselbe Appartement zu reservieren.

Pros:

Lekker ruime kamer. Makkelijk parkeren. Openbaar vervoer om de hoek en gratis naar het centrum Toilet los van de badkamer vond ik echt een pre. Heerlijk zitje ( in de studio +) om nog even te zitten en tv te kijken. Compleet ingerichte keuken.

Cons:

Het was erg warm op de kamer ( april). Er was geen airco alleen een losse ventilator. In de toilet geen wastafel. Dekbedden waren erg synthetisch.
