• Reception Hours: Our Reception Office is located on the 2nd floor and is open for check-in
and guest services from 09:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Self Check-In: For your convenience, a Self Check-In Kiosk is accessible 24/7 in the
communal entrance, available from 3:00 PM onwards.

• Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card.
Please note that any Special Requests are subject to availability and may incur additional

Smoking Policy
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at The Central Kirchberg. Noncompliance with this
policy will result in a €250fine. A designated smoking area is available in the communal
garden on the 4th floor or at the entrance of our building.
Quiet Hours
• To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly request that quiet hours are
observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Security Damage Deposit
• A security damage deposit of €200 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be preauthorized
on your credit card and is fully refundable post-inspection, within 7 days after
check-out.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem. Das WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei. Der Schreibtisch im Zimmer ist ausreichend groß für digitales Arbeiten. Im Haus selber ist es ruhig. Es gibt Gemeinsamchaftswaschmaschienen und Bügeleisen. Im „Spielraum“ mit Billard, Tischtennisplatte und Kicker kann man sich die Zeit vertreiben. Vor der Tür Bushaltestelle. In fußläufiger Umgebung gibt es Restaurants.
Auch wenn das Zimmer gut war, hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zum gebuchten Zeitraum nicht gepasst. Bei dem Preis kann man z.B. auch erwarten, dass für alle Übernachtungen Kaffeekapseln und/oder Tee vorhanden sind und/oder das keine Beschädigungen an einer Innentür vorhanden sind. Im Badezimmer fehlen Haken. Das Zimmer lag zur Straßenseite, weshalb der Straßenverkehr tagsüber hörbar ist.

The room was very hot the first night, needed maintenance to come by the next day to fix the radiator to turn it down
Todo se encontraba muy limpio y ordenado. Muy facil de acceder a los apartamentos .
Todo estába perfecto
The receptionist was very nice and the studio was perfect, clean and had everything I needed. The location is also great and there's an exit to kirchberg as well.
The only thing I could say here is that for my taste, the studio could be a little bit warmer. I didn't find any other radiators apart from the one in the bathroom.
