Had a beautiful stay at Ben Ben. I booked last minute when my previous reservation was cancelled unexpectedly, and I'm so glad I did. Everything - the location, the room, the food, the staff - was exceptional. I had been traveling for a few weeks and was getting over a cold when I arrived, and it was the perfect place to rest. Mr. Gomaa, in particular, was very kind, and a pleasure to speak with. Can't say enough good things!

It’s a reallyyyy nice hotel with amazingly friendly and helpful staff, great food and spectacular room views.. the only thing is they don’t serve alcohol so maybe bring your own with you

Complete toirost trap. In the middle of no where. Built on very very steep rock very steep slopes and stairs, not at all suitable for elderly people or people with mobility problems. No warnings at all published concerning the issue. The hotel is completely dead and very far away from everything. Surrounded by ruined houses so ugly views from everywhere. Very depressing.

This hotel was a huge disappointment, especially for families with elderly people. Nowhere was it mentioned that the stairs are not suitable for old people at all. My mother was literally forced to climb unsafe stairs, which was extremely difficult and exhausting for her.
When we complained and explained the situation, the staff’s response was shocking: “We can do nothing.” No alternative room, no assistance, no solution — and to make things worse, they refused to refund the money.
This shows a complete lack of responsibility, empathy, and basic hospitality. Hiding such critical information and then refusing any form of compensation is simply unacceptable.
I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with elderly guests or anyone who expects honesty and basic customer care.

Perfect location — the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into heaven.
The atmosphere is exceptional, and the rooms are spotless with a stunning view of the Philae Temple and the Nile.
The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent, and the spa experience was truly amazing.

I stayed here for 3 days and I love here. The staff are nice and helpful. With the super nice view at restaurant and rooms, I did enjoy my holiday very much.

I had so bad experiences with food it’s cold and bad test and there is no anther way to had food because the hotel on island .

I stayed only one glorious day and night at the world class BenBen resort and Spa on Hissa Island and would have lingered much longer had time allowed. From reservations (Thank you Dhara and Nardeen) and arrival, via a water shuttle, available 24:7 (call to reserve for your departure from the “Port”, ) through departure , attention was paid to every detail. A golf cart took us and our luggage up the rope lighted, arbored hill to reception where we were greeted before sunrise with fresh pomegranate juice and a cool moist cotton cloth to cool our brow and neck. We met friends already staying there and watched the sunrise over the Nile and and Phillae Temple. Al fresco breakfast, included with the room was fresh, delicious and served with a smile. Mustaffa, the food and beverage manager was always available to translate to English assuring our orders were correct.

My suite was magnificent, with superior views of the Nile and the Infinity pool from every room, including the shower and spacious private patio yet with perfect privacy. The spacious high ceiling entry/sitting room with couch and beautiful rugs, art lighted nooks throughout, felt at once like a palace, and the coziness of home. An In-room jacuzzi makes a perfect setting for couples, although not hot during this season.

The meditation area at the lookout with pillowed sitting bench and granite boulder pinnacle offered fantastic views and located on an earth energy grid directly connected to Phillae Temple.

I highly recommend the locally specific massages beautifully given by delightful Zeinab,: a Nile mud massage and an Herbal “Stamp massage”— which was quite hot, yet ultimately relaxing for the spine and chakras.

Every one of the staff was gracious, accommodating and cheerful, an obvious reflection of the manager, Mr. Fekry, whose desire to make your stay a memorable experience. Indeed it was.

I would recommend these accommodations to anyone. The views are magnificient, the rooms were comfortable and welcoming and had special touches that were exquisite. The vision of the architect developped a property for a complete experience. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. However, the greatest asset at Ben Ben is the staff. Nirvanna, Gomaa, and many others made us feel like royalty. Something to be experienced by all.

Highly recommended. Beautiful property located on an island, with views of the Nile. The staff here were fantastic - very professional, kind and friendly. I had some queries prior to check in, and managed to communicate with the hotel staff (via WhatsApp), who provided prompt and helpful responses.

Beautiful hotel in a very special location on an Island. The stuff was very friendly and obliging. The room is actually a little house with balcony and private pool, very beautiful.
The organisation was not quite satisfactory. Waitig for food long time, ordered boat for transfer didn't work, rigid in boat transfers (hotelboat goes only to the port, to the very close restaurant was not possible), ridiculous high prices on trips.
Very professional reaction from the guest relation by listening to our critic and offering a drink.
Within all, very pleasent stay.

Had a great time here for one night. Service was amazing, incredibly responsive and attentive. View of the Nile from our room and balcony is surreal. Also came with a jacuzzi although it takes 5 hours to turn on. We had a very nice massage as well.

In rediscovering Aswan, I found a new GEM! BenBen resort on Heissa Island.
It deserves more than an extension of the Nile Cruise.
This is a perfect spot for RnR, to revive and renew. To JustBe.💕

We spent a lovely few days at Benben in Aswan. It’s a special place reached only by boat. The rooms are clean and well equipped, even a (very hot) hot tub on the balcony - perfect for sunset viewing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. A great place to relax.

The whole experience, from the greeting, to the massage, to the food, to the quality of the accommodations, everything was top notch and felt like a dream!

The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their attention, availability, and positive energy made me feel truly at home.

Everything exceeded my expectations — the room was spotless, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was simply delightful. I was very, very, very, very happy with my stay and honestly didn’t want to leave!

I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends, and there’s no doubt that I’ll be back soon. Thank you again to the entire team for making my trip unforgettable. Back to reality now in Paris… but already looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel is out on an island in the man made lake above aswan dam. Make sire to contact the hotel to arrange a free boat ride to get to the hotel from the docks.
The hotel is super cute in a boutique style. I believe every room has a small outdoor nonheated jacuzzi. Every detail of the place is done with taste.
There isn't much to do on the island itself but it's great for relaxation. The breakfast is included and was fantastic. The views of the lake are beautiful and the staff is adorable, responsive and sweet.
My only complaint is that the restaurant wasn't as good as expected and most of the foot leaned western styled. I still highly recommend.
