Our stay at BenBen by Dhara Hotels was honestly one of the most magical experiences we’ve ever had, and words truly don’t do it justice. From the moment we arrived, everything felt like a dream. The location itself is breathtaking — waking up surrounded by the Nile, the mountains, and the peaceful atmosphere of Aswan felt unreal. The view during sunrise and sunset looked like a painting every single day.

The hotel is beyond beautiful; every corner is designed with so much taste, warmth, and attention to detail. The rooms are stunning, cozy, luxurious, and incredibly clean. The aesthetic of the entire place perfectly combines Nubian charm with elegance and comfort. Even the smallest details in the room made us feel special and taken care of.

But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we met was kind, welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. You can feel that they do everything with love. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and their hospitality made us feel at home from the very first second.

A very special thank you to Heba, who truly helped me organize the best stay possible from beginning to end. She was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and generous, and she even upgraded our room which made our experience even more special and unforgettable. Her care and effort genuinely meant so much to us.

And another huge thank you to Nirvana for helping create the most romantic setup ever. Every detail was beautiful and perfectly arranged, and she made our celebration feel magical in every possible way. The atmosphere she helped create is something we’ll never forget.

The food was AMAZING. Every meal was fresh, delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Breakfast with that incredible Nile view became one of our favorite moments of the trip. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is peaceful, romantic, relaxing, and unlike anywhere else.

My recent stay at Benben by Dhara Hotels was truly exceptional—one of those rare experiences that stays with you long after you leave.
I visited with my mom, and from the very first moment, everything felt special. The atmosphere of the hotel is incredibly calm, peaceful, and beautifully designed—it’s honestly one of the most serene places I’ve ever stayed in. As someone who travels often and experiences many hotels, I can confidently say this one stands out as something truly unique.
What made the stay even more memorable was that it happened during my birthday. Without me mentioning anything beforehand, the team surprised me with a beautiful cake delivered to my room. It was such a thoughtful and genuine gesture that meant so much to me—it really reflects the level of care and attention they give to their guests.
The breakfast experience was beyond amazing. Every morning felt special thanks to Mohammed, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He even remembered our drinks and preferences throughout our four-day stay, which made everything feel so personal and warm. The entire restaurant team created such a welcoming atmosphere—we genuinely looked forward to starting our days there.
In the evenings, we would often go for drinks and refreshments, and Mohamed Shoura made those moments just as enjoyable. He brought such a positive energy and made sure we felt comfortable, relaxed, and taken care of every time.
The reception team—including Adham, Nirvana, and Heba, along with everyone else whose names I may have missed—were all incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their attitude and hospitality truly made a difference in our stay.
I also have to highlight the housekeeping team—the level of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail in the room was outstanding. Everything was spotless and maintained to perfection throughout our stay.

La beauté de l'environnement, le petit déjeuner, la vue depuis l'hôtel, la propreté et le confort de ma chambre.

Le lieu est incroyable, cet hôtel construit et intégré dans les rochers est magnifique.
Mais il y a le revers de la médaille.
Les prix sont trop élevé pour un 3 étoiles.
Nous avons payé 400$ la nuit et 2 jours avant les prix étaient tombé à - de 200$.
Nous avons demandé du fait que l'hôtel n'était pas complet un éventuel surclassement.
Mais rien n'a été fait pour valoriser le fait que nous avions payé plus que cela ne valait réellement.
De plus l'entretien du lieu n'est pas à la hauteur, quel dommage avec un spot pareil.

En gros si vous payez la nuit aux alentour des 200$, cela est plus que correct, et le lieu
en vaut vraiment la chandelle.
Au delà c'est surpayer un lieu qui n'a pas le service et l'entretien de ses prétentions tarifaires.

Great location and pool and view

Such a beautiful hotel and comfy room, day time team ladies are all so kind and professional, helped us plan our day and the boat times. Breakfast was a good selection and variaty, and for us a plus point a majestic feline accompanied us during breakfast <3. There's an observation deck right outside our room high enough to oversee Philae Temple, even during the week of huge desert wind, the view is still stunning. The hotel can also arrange for boat ride directly to the temple without making a detour to the shore. The boat driver are all very nice and showed remarkable skills during the heavy wind. Overall we're very happy with our stay and will for sure come back.
超漂亮舒适的酒店，很地中海风情，双人床房间床很宽大，酒店25刀可以直接接送去菲莱神庙（门票自购），上岛免费的船提前在Whatsapp上提前半小时预约即可，不过取决于天气，我们去的时候可能因为大风等了一会儿船，总体不要安排得太紧张即可。早饭内容挺多，还有只漂亮咪咪来讨食，很有礼貌不打扰人。

It’s a one of a kind experience, the view is to die for, the staff is very helpful and friendly up to the hotel manager mr abdelaziz was very hospitable and made our wedding anniversary unforgettable 10/10

We had an exceptional time in this beautiful hotel away from the hustling and bustling of Aswan. The hotel staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. The boat transfer to the island is available 24/7, so getting to the hotel and doing an Abu Simbel excursion with early morning departure is not at all a problem. We had a beautiful room overlooking the water towards Philae temple. Highly recommend staying here!
